Hi guys! I ordered my shoes on Thursday, the came on Saturday morning! In beautiful box, shoes are just perfect! Highly recommend! Definitely will make more purchase!
So I order shoes for Christmas for my son. I'm still fighting between StockX and FedEx. My house is surrounded by cameras, I have no footage of my package being delivered. FedEx snapped a picture of somebody else's garage with the package face down no address present or anything. Both parties denied me a refund or the merchandise. They both closed my claim. This is so unfair, all because FedEx hires thefts. Folks and for their $#*!.! Stop taking people's stuff.
EVERYTIME my item goes to the NEW JERSEY HUB IT GETS EITHER CANCELLED OR LOST. I HAD to buy the item twice now because the New Jersey Hub seem to have serious issues. The seller does their part in shipping the item but New Jersey is to backed up. I've been buying only to get a cancelation that they lost the item in the warehouse for a month now.
StockX was great I just never received my package from who ever was supposed to deliver it.
My problem with StockX is a good 50% of the time StockX will send you fake items that are supposedly verified as authentic. The other half it is pretty decent when it comes to pricing and usability
Tip for consumers:
Buy from source or use goat or just cross your fingers and buy it.

Been charged with additional tax twice, and there's no easy way to contact stockx, no form to submit my issue, everything is just a whole bunch of FAQ that tend to be confusing than helping
Still on progress, till matter is resolved, than maybe I can rate better.
Many options on rare pieces
Received clearly flawed and damaged item. Reached out to customer service who said it passes retail standard. I confirmed with a local retailer that they would not put the product on the shelves with this visible damage. Threading coming out in multiple places, dents in multiple places. For paying hundreds of dollars, this is not acceptable nor is the company's response. Will not be utilizing their services again.
Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere first. Quality is not a priority here.

We're sorry to hear that you believed the item that you received isn't authentic. Prior to shipping items to you, we verify them in person with our industry experts. We do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Glue, stitching, and slight paint variances are common in all mass-produced shoes. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand. You can always reach out to stockx.com/contact if you have any questions regarding this.
Damaged shoelace. Not expecting since item was supposed to be inspected.
Just did, waitng for response
Repeated customer
Package came super late and took all day I missed work to receive package and I had no idea when it was coming like what hour. They just gave me the day so I really wasted my whole day waiting for the package so I could sign…. I'm just glad i finally got it
I ordered shoes on here for the first time, under the impression that I could return or exchange the shoe for another size if needed. Unfortunately the website fails to notify its users that they do not accept returns or exchanges -- what's worse is they recommend you re-sell on the website with little to no direction and fail to tell you that you have to pay a fee to re-sell. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had no choice but to re-sell and lose more than what I purchased the shoe for. $#*!ty website and user experience overall. Would not recommend for new users.
* StockX attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
I waited 2 weeks to hear that my order was canceled because the seller sent me the wrong size! I was pretty upset because I was really excited. But hears the thing, It happened twice after I waited a month for the size I wanted to be reposted! I give a 2 star and do not recommend it. The refund was very fast, coming in the next day. Good job on that.

I am about to be on my 5th day on waiting on them to authenticate. The seller next day my item been collecting dust at stock ever since then. Their customer service does nothing but give you the run around.
Bought a pair of shoes, took awhile from StockX to receive the product for seller, over the course of a month or so only received 2 emails saying there was a delay and don't worry. I had to ask what's going on with the order found out the product never made it to StockX and was waiting on nothing. I probably would've waited longer if I didn't reach out. Customer service was good and StockX offered a discount on the next order for the inconvenience which is appreciated. Over the course of another month trying to purchase a pair of shoes, it took 3 tries to get the product to StockX. It's unfortunate to see a email saying order has been cancelled and try again. Never had this problem with StockX till now. StockX needs to do better in terms with updating customer with info on the order rather a generic email saying the obvious.
App is user friendly and best prices.
I bought a pair of Jordan Retro 3 Fire Red (2007) and they began to peel within 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and will not use them again.
The item I received has some flaws and when I contacted stockX they took few days to get back to me with it is authentic and within the standard. I never had Yeezy with similar defects. When I sent them another email I said the same thing and if I don't like it I can sell it.

Bought a pair of $200+ sneakers that had scratches and looked worn. The company's suggestion was to resell them on their site, therefor ripping someone else off. Also impossible to unsubscribe from their millions of newsletters and emails, wrote to support with no reply. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
Hey guys-as a frequent buyer and seller. I have to say, I'm not happy with the condition of my yeezy 700 Enflame amber. The box was damaged, bent in, and looked like it wasn't delivered with care.
And it concerns me to be honest-as I've spent a lot money with you guys. Have rules, regulations and standards dropped?
Looking forward to a response please.
I will say that I have had many positive experiences on stockx, but 2 of my last 3 orders had visible and obvious stains/marks on the shoes that were authenticated. Buying a DS shoe should imply it is free from obvious imperfections. One order had significant stains of green on a tan shoe from the ink on the packaging paper. The last order has silver paint all over the sole. If the authentication team missies these issues, it makes me question how much they even looked at the shoe.
Took forever to get through the chat bot to then wait in line for a rep. Disconnected randomly so I had to wait longer. After talking to the rep I was just sent a form that I had to fill out all the same information I told the rep. Waste of time.
I bought my Air Jordan 3 Retro Black Atomic Red Volts on 11/18/20 for my birthday. U wore them today for the first time. Why is the sole cracking? This makes me question their authenticity!

StockX claims that all sneakers purchased usually takes 7-12 business days not including weekends to be shipped. I ordered the Air Max 90 Reverse Duck Camo on 3/26/2020 and recieved an email notifying me that the shoes were in route to StockX for Authentic Verification with an expected delivery date of 4/6/2020-4/8/2020 and I emailed them 4/8/2020 to see what was the hold up and recieved a generic $#*! response on general shipping. I emailed them again on the issue 4/13/2020 and have yet to recieve any updates or feedback regarding the shipping issue.
Waited for almost 3 weeks and end up cancelling my order. Just frustrating
The worse ever. No definite answer and solution.

I have been ordering sneakers from Nike, Footlocker, Flight Club, Kith NYC along with multiple main outlets for all my adult years but my far worst experience is with STOCKX. I have previously ordered from stockx and recommended them to friends overseas but here is where it stops. My Wife ordered the Air Jordan 3 Desert Elephant for my Birthday in the excitement and the reliability of checks I had faith in relacing I realized the left pair was defective, unfortunately I had already moved the Stock X verification Tag. But even presenting the Serial numbers on the Sneakers itself my claim was null.
This was my first experience with StockX. I made a purchase which came visibly damaged and re-taped by FedEx. I reached out to StockX support and asked for a waiver of claim so I could work with FedEx to resolve the damage caused (the shoe box was destroyed), they would not provide one. Instead they offered for me to send it back to them so then they could make a claim with FedEx for themselves (my guess is so they could keep both the sneakers and the claim money). Meanwhile that particular sneaker went up $50 in price so I would have had to pay more for a replacement. They offered me free shipping for my next order, which is miniscule anyway. I will rethink purchasing sneakers from them again in the future as my collectible sneakers have now been severely devalued at my expense.
I had trouble ordering the item that I wanted. I got an error code each time I clicked submit. With each time that I tried again I got and error code again. Turns out I was charged for 13 pairs of shoes resulting in more than $2000 in charges. I tried to call the company. There is no working customer service number. I tried the live chat with no success multiple times. I had to work with my bank and paypal to stop the charges. After more than a day, I finally connected with an agent through the live chat who told me that I would have to accept charges on all of the shoes. 13 pair of the same shoe in the same size! Ridiculous! She told me that if I wanted to get my money back I could try to resell them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!
Terrible experience when a seller doesn't ship an item and I have to wait 6 weeks for a refund.
