Our comprehensive approach remains unchanged. While product authenticity remains core to our analysis, our verification process is a better reflection of our broader value proposition that we provide customers by reviewing all products sold on StockX.

We look at a range of indicators before sending a product to a Buyer and there are a number of reasons why a product may fail to meet our elevated standard of excellence, including incorrect size, missing accessories, a damaged box, a manufacturer defect, if it shows signs of previous wear, and of course, if the item is fake. New shoes came with imperfections

My first time using this type of site, and I ordered $300+ shoes to gift my fiancé. I thought the shipping and ordering process were simple and quick, which was a plus. But, the cons were the shoes had defects. There were chunks of what looked like dried up glue or something like that along the rim of the tongue part of the shoes and overall I'm just disappointed they weren't what I specifically paid for, which specifically were BRAND NEW shoes. I was excited the shoes had to pass a "Verification" process by the businesses actual people, but after getting messed up shoes, I don't see the point at all. Super disappointed, and I'll take the L, bc it's whatever now, but I personally won't be spending my money here again.

No Contact Number?

I had trouble ordering the item that I wanted. I got an error code each time I clicked submit. With each time that I tried again I got and error code again. Turns out I was charged for 13 pairs of shoes resulting in more than $2000 in charges. I tried to call the company. There is no working customer service number. I tried the live chat with no success multiple times. I had to work with my bank and paypal to stop the charges. After more than a day, I finally connected with an agent through the live chat who told me that I would have to accept charges on all of the shoes. 13 pair of the same shoe in the same size! Ridiculous! She told me that if I wanted to get my money back I could try to resell them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!

Refund

I was told that a refund would be issued for a item that I purchased so I reordered the product but never received the refund instead they sent me the item any way.so now I have two of the same item and I'm not happy about this at all. In the past I've ordered 3 to 4 items that has been cancelled by the seller but as a buyer you say I can't cancel I've been a good customer to your company but I feel like I've been treated $#*!. So from this last ordeal I'm really going to have to rethink the way I order from your company!

Fraud

I purchased a Nike tech outfit paid $280 dollars for what is said was the jacket and joggers only jacket came in the package with a $114 dlr tag on it. Never got an answer from them or a refund or the joggers

I still can't see sneakers on the app

I have already spoke with someone about this and no one did anything about it I can see 18 pairs off sneakers using the app and that's it. So disappointing with the web site

Wrong shoes but payed

They sent wrong shoes and Will Not make it right. For $480.00 seems people would do you right. Just a scam if they mess up. All ready reported to the BBB. THEY SUCK! My grandson was so disappointed Thank you Stock X. Customer service Sucks

I received a used quality item, it did not arrive in original packaging. I purchased the same item again for comparison. StockX, you need to understand that this happens in a marketplace. However, not providing an option to fix the issue is unacceptable.

After reviewing your case we can confirm that the item received was within our DeadStock condition. We strongly encourage every seller to include the original tags and clear plastic sleeves but do not require them as we understand they will vary if the original purchase was made in-store or online.

StockX does not require the following to be included in order for a piece of streetwear to pass our condition guidelines:
In-store tags
Generic plastic bags
Additional branded content (postcards, stickers, etc.)
The shopping bag that may have been included with the original sale

Not dependable as it once was.

I ordered shoes for my wife (WMNS Jordan 1 starfish)
In October to beat the holiday and Black Friday Rush. I was unsuccessful in doing that because the shoes never got to me. I was issued a refund late November and it really inconvenienced as far as finding a replacement gift.

I have a new order I have placed on the day of Christmas thinking that I will not ever have that problem again. I was AGAIN! Informed that there was another problem with my order and I still have no tracking number. I have made multiple purchases with StockX & I use to have a strong comfort in receiving my items. Now not so much.

Hi Eugene, StockX is not a regular retail store. We are a live global anonymous resale marketplace. Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.

We give an estimate of 9-12 business days for all deliveries, however, this is subject to delays.

While we work very hard to stay within our estimated timeframes, we can not guarantee a delivery date. In addition, we do not deliver our own packages, so we do not have any control over carrier delays and/or how fast an item passes through customs ( if needed).

We do not guarantee shipping information for any item until after and only if the item passes verification.

After review, we do see that the original seller could not fulfill this purchase. We then linked you to a new seller at no additional cost to you. When this occurs the shipping timeframe does start over!

The item is out for delivery via UPS within ETA of today!

Customer is always first

I love how they put the customer first. When I get something, im informed when it's shipped to the center for verification, when it's verified or if not (peace of mind that I am getting what I paid for) and when it's on it's way to me. Even if there is a delay, I receive a notification. Any time I had an issue, which isn't very common, customer service put me first and resolved it as quickly as possible.
