Do not buy from this company. The consumer is not respected! The company allowed my minor daughter to charge $1,267.18 on my credit card (playing with the bid option) for a pair of shoes that cost $273 on the buy now option. The company restricted the account and discontinued communication stating they have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Word of advice: if you have any issues with stockx, dont waste any time just report your card stolen to your bank!

Messed up shoe

My 12 year old purchased Nike zoomx vaporfly next% 2 siren red smoke gray shoes from StockX around Christmas. He wore them one time and the sole is separating from the shoe. We both tried to figure out how to request a refund and contact StockX because the shoes were damaged after one wear. The website says that you cannot request a refund if the shoes are not returned within three days. He did not even open them up for Christmas until more than three days. There is no way to communicate with StockX. My son wrote a letter because the address was the only listed contact information. We are both very frustrated that there is no way to communicate with StockX and that there is no way to obtain a refund given that the shoes are defective and damaged. Over $100 is a lot for a kid to lose, especially given that he did not receive the product that we paid for. I would never buy some thing from StockX again!

DONT DO IT!

I paid $235 for a pair of Nikes. They were two different sizes but had the same size tag. I sent in all kinds if pictures and they wouldnt take them back. They basically said it was my problem.

Customer "NO" Service

Nike dunks ordered and "verified". Arrived with a major flaw that should not have been released from Nike (so possibly fake and quality of stitching was not great). StockX answer was that I could sell them and yes I would have to pay their commission again. Do NOT waste your time or money. Look anywhere except stockX.

We do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Glue, stitching, and slight paint variances are common in all mass-produced shoes.

Due to these facts, some items will pass verification despite having minor defects.

Terms are too rigid

My 15yo son accidentally ordered a women's 11.5 instead of a men's and 2 hrs later realized it and stocks refused to allow us to modify the order. Now I'm stuck with 175.00 pair of worthless shoes

Don't buy anything

They intentionally confuse customers with duplicate listings of the same item, have no return policy, and practice unethical bidding that pumps up pricing... the list goes on and on

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I would never order from this site again. The order can take weeks to arrive. You can not return or cancel an order. They also had service fees, and delivery fees once you have entered your credit card information. So you don't know the total until after the purchase is complete.

Purchased shoes I never received

Buyer Beware! Disappointed is an understatement. Purchased 2 pairs of Nike Dunk Lows for my kids for Christmas. 1 pair arrived and the second pair did not arrive. UPS said delivered and StockX are not willing to refund me or help me in anyway. Do not buy from this website!

SCAMMERS, BUYER BEWARE

I am appauled this company is in business. They should be ashamed of the scuffed pair of shoes they sold me that they claim were new. I contacted them the moment I opened the box and saw the large white scuff and asked for a refund but they stated, "the shoes were reviewed by our team and met their standards and no refund would be provided!" What a joke! Met their standards, uh, if you're selling a brand new shoe then it should be new, not used and scuffed. This is the most fraudulent company I've dealt with in a long time and I highly recommend any future buyer beware of using a company like this that stands behind lies and cheats you out of paying more money than a shoe is worth, especially when it arrives used and damaged.

Buyers should be able to cancel the order at any time just like the seller. When you guys give out a discount don't put an expiration date of a week. I don't believe the sellers get penalized like they should. I keep hearing more and more how StockX is not authenticating their items properly.
