Greedy thieves

I sold a pair of shoes for the highest bid. It said error as soon as I hit sell. They take down the high bids and sell to the low bid and pocket the rest. Do not do business with these scumbags. Sell local

I bought a ps5 from them and messaged them multiple times that they haven't shipped it yet but they promised me it was still coming by December 2nd. I was even told to not message so much. And now they found out they forgot to ship it and it will take much longer. I am going to fight the charges and ask for either a full refund or ask for my money back on their ridiuclous price for services price. I hope they go out of business soon and someone better steps in.

SCAM COMPANY

Extremely disappointed, this was my first experience with StockX and I had never heard great things prior but was desperate for the new console. Upon spending over $350 of retail price they also charged $100 for shipping and had, in a statement on their site, that their shipping "is fast and reliable a 5-7 day guarantee" which I had hoped was true seeing that they charged me $100 for it.
However, weeks go by and I find out "oh sorry we didn't notify you but the original seller didn't send your console, we will get you another seller." After doing that I am now almost 30 days from the day I purchased and have no information, not on "my account" on their site nor from emails on the whereabouts of my console.

Just check reviews everyone. This is a scam. They claim they have "customer service" but I'm out close to a grand because I trusted a site that isn't legit and doesn't care as long as they have their money. Pandemic or not, other companies and businesses have notified their customers of shipping standards which I can empathize and be understanding of. However, There is no excuse for lying to your customers and over charging for services you cannot follow through on.

I had no idea you they didn't accept returns when I purchased my sneakers, I got a pair of Jordan 3 size 6 women's and the right foot is much smaller than the left one. I only put the shoe on to try it, I have never worn them before, I bought them for almost $200. StockX allows you to resell them but it was only letting me resell them for $65. No way am I reselling them for $65. If you are thinking of buying on StockX don't. Only buy form places you can return shoes. I had seen some reviews claiming StockX sells fakes and I'm starting to think the left foot is real and the right is fake. Is that even possible?

Buyer beware

As a frequent StockX customer I had a bad experience and will no longer purchase from this shady company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my GF on a Sunday. Within an hour of purchase she informed me the size was wrong. I tried contacting customer service which is impossible since they don't have a telephone number. I emailed them and they said all sales are final. I told them I just needed to change size but they won't allow. C'mon it's Sunday and the order hasn't even been processed yet. Bye StockX. Goat is much better. At least they allow 3 hrs for cancellation if u made a mistake like I did

Can't cancel your order, doesn't matter the situation. Extra fees. Product to deliver 14-30+ days. Out of all the 5 legit websites that sells stuff online other than Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Best Buy. StockX is probably the last place you want to visit if EVERY store shut down. Your paying double the price of one item and will receive it within 14-30 business days and get the wrong item. Welcome to StockX.

If your looking for authenticity this is your website, but your waiting for a good 20 days of delivery. Along with being unable to cancel any order purchased, cannot contact seller, and they sell products that are not even out yet. For example, scalpers that are selling PS5 consoles double or triple the price $900-$1,500 USD. The company or website gives the seller a good 7 days before a deadline fee. So during those 20 days wasted of your life waiting, you could of bought it somewhere else. The website doesn't notify or have good features to explain much about them. Which frustrates many new people that are in rush like I.

Eines der schlechtesten Sneaker Stores die ich kenne. Ein Absoluter, amateurhafter Verein der sich als Sneaker Profi ausgibt. Stockx kauft Schuhe von Privaten Kunden ein und bringt diese via Börsenportal an den Endkunden weiter. Dabei prüfen Sie die Echtheit der Schuhe und Garantieren für die richtigkeit. So verdienen sie am ende des Tages Ihre Brötchen!

Ich habe nun das fünfte mal die falschen Schuhe erhalten. DAS 5TE MAL!
Stellt Euch vor, 5 mal geht ein falscher Schuh durch die Hände der Profis! Das witzige dabei ist, es ist immer der gleiche Schuh HAHA. Also machen sie 5 mal hintereinander den gleichen Fehler! Was für ein Witz!

Summa Summaru, ein riesen Hin und Her. Schuh aus Amerika in die Schweiz, wieder Retour in die USA. Geld hier, Geld da usw. Und so fort!
Wir sprechen nicht über $50 Schuhe nein, es handelt sich um Schuhe die $800 gekostet haben, im Internet aber zu finden sind für $160.

Fazit, wer den Fehler NICHT findet und den Schuh so akzeptiert, verliert ganz viel Geld und STockX lacht sich in die Faust und profitiert. Ich nenne die ABZOCKE Pur.
Habe selbst den CEO darüber informiert, aber auch das kein Statement, wen wunderts!

Also Leute, passt extrem auf und verbrennt euch nicht die Finger ab diesen Ganuern!

SUPER LONG PROCESS

Shipped a pair of sneakers to StockX for them to broker to another buyer. Once my pair of sneakers arrived at StockX (Confirmed with UPS). It took them 10 days to "Receive" the order for processing... 10 days after they arrived, another 7 days for them to determine that the pair of shoes had been worn... Even though they have been sitting on display at my shop since day 1. It's now been 5 days since StockX has said they would ship my product back and it has yet to be picked up by UPS. AVOID.

My 16 year old son purchased some trainers from stockX. Trainers arrived absolutely fine. He wore them for 2 weeks and they deflated. He asked for an exchange which they agreed to. They then emailed to say out of stock. They are now stating unless we can provide photos with the original tags they will not refund. They have taken all of his birthday money and will not refund. Avoid at all costs.

They lost my item I sent in for resale and blamed me for it?! You believe this!?! These guys are crooked thieves! BEWARE! If something Bad happens you'll never hear from them! Thats when customer service and accountability is most important. Read all the reviews especially the bad ones because they put the blame on the rest of us and take no accountability. They think just because they did what they say they'll do isn't special- thats what we hire you for! But its only when something goes wrong and how a company responds is what separates Nordstrom from Walmart.

Garbage site

Besides the absurd fees for selling/buying, I ordered a pair of shoes last week that said they got delivered. Never received the item, reached out to stockx who said they wont do anything unless I file a police report. Now we have package lockers, packages CAN NOT get stolen. Its impossible. But they insisted several times they wont help me until I file a report. I stated mulitple times its not stolen its probably in a facility somehwere and you guys have all the backend info! After over an hour of digging I figured out UPS (they normally use DHL and support wouldnt tell me who shipped it) left a 'note to pick up' slip at concierge and never notified me so the shoes are fine, just sitting in a storage facility down the road from me. The customer service aspect was abysmal. Just stonewalled my requests for info after paying $300 for shoes and absurd fees. I will never, ever use them again and I suggest you do the same

The customer service is severely lacking: extremely delayed responses, my first inquiry submission was never even replied to, I had to write to them twice! They do not fully answer your questions and divert blame back onto the customer.

They grossly overcharge for shipping and then use a shipping service that will charge you again almost double what you initially paid!

Their website is deceptive: they list CAD as prices yet actually it's USD and they surprise you with the exchange rate on your credit card statement.

There are so many issues ordering through this website that I will NEVER order here again.

AND my order took TWO MONTHS to arrive!

Canadians, do NOT trust STOCKX!

Paid asking price for a pair of foamposite "swoosh all over" and received them in about 10 days. Open box and shoes are in new condition. Not a thing wrong with them. Shoe box was in good condition. Was worried about them because of all the bad reviews. I guess im one of the lucky ones. Thanks stockX and thanks to FedX.

Staff Ignores Email

Using their app I bought a pair of shoes. The app let me know that my purchase didn't go through. So, I almost immediately pressed the button again to finish the purchase and, again, the app let me know that my purchase didn't go through. Within several seconds I got not one but two confirmation emails saying I'd bought two years of shoes. So, I immediately emailed their customer service desk (on a weekday before they opened for the day) to let them know about the problem with their app and that I only wanted one pair of shoes. I received an email from them with a case number. I have since been ignored and both pairs of shoes have been shipped when, if they had read my email, they could have stopped the second transaction... but they didn't. Their faulty app is not my problem and I should not be penalized. I want a refund of the second transaction.

Lack of customer service
November 24, 2020

I've spent thousands in the last year and my latest purchases 3 of them never got delivered or even updated on their site after trying to reach them thru support page I finally filed a dispute with PayPal they immediately deactivated me and marked delivered on all my purchases. Never even got a tracking # only got refunded for 1 pair now they won't even email me back so I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I really like this site until recently now their just ripping people off

Zero Customer Service

These clowns at Stockx have you print a shipping label, attach it to a shipping box and drop off the box at ups once your item sells. I did exactly this. Then they tell me on 10/4/22 that the package was delivered to their Atlanta GA facility. Then 6 days later on 10/10/22 they update the shipping and say damage is reported. I have attached a photo so anyone can see this. Now I contact Stockx multiple times and ask where my payout is and they do not provide any answers. Finally after reaching out through the virtual assisstant and then a live person they say the package was lost in shipping and never reached them although the tracking says it was delivered. As I sit here a month later I have not recieved any payout from Stockx and my shoes have magically disappeared at either the Stockx facility or in the shipping process from ups. Both Stockx and UPS customer service is absolute trash and do not fix their mistakes. Seller beware. You do everything right and they do not insure your package so if and when they lose or damage it you are out the money and the shoes.

I purchase a pair of sneakers that were to be shipped in 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I get onto their chat and suddenly the order gets cancelled because the seller does not have them. They ask me to order them again and what happens... the same seller gets my order. They then cancel that order and ask me to buy them again at a higher price and this time it is now from a different seller (so the say). Now I get to wait 24-48 hours again to see if the ship. This is a GOD AWFUL SYSTEM with no checks and balances from sellers. They can sell an item and if the price goes up say they have none, relist at a higher price and sell again. WOW THIS IS PATHETIC!

I started listing a few sneakers from my collection to see how StockX works. A few months ago, sold my brand new Adidas Raf Simons and received an email that it didn't pass verification since it was a little dirty. These were bought at Nordy's and never worn, slight dust probably from just being tried on. I was like, whatever...

This week, my OFF-WHITE 2.0 Low Black Yellow sold. I just received a email again that it didn't pass! Wth. These are also never worn and purchased from Saks. The OFF-WHITE 2.0 Low Black Yellow have those dirty looking soles that appears to be worn. You can tell if the sole was work by pebble indentures in the sole. Maybe they've sold too many used shoes that resulted in endless complaints... now they're too damn unreasonable that it's a waste of time selling.
