Let me share my story with them which started from 09-08-2022. This is was my ever worst customer experiences in my life. I promise I will not exaggerate a single word or point. Infect I have evidence of pretty much everything. I knew, I would be in this deep painful situation, I would keep every single pieces of information. Here is my story...
One day I was thinking about one or two weeks I will invest some money to open a side income. After thinking on 09-08-2022, one day advert came on my Google search page; it didn't come as stocks-views. Came as some other name don't really remember now, so I have registered on online, someone called me after 10 mints, called Ann Mayer. She took my 1st deposit $250 and then she said someone will call as my account manager. Explaining she will assist me to trade and she will take 5% from my profits, which was understandable. By the way they don't take payment direct from your bank card, it has to be converted in to crypto, which is an unregulated currency. After 2 days someone called me, saying her name is Christina Novak. She made me download signal (it's an app for her to contact me every day). Also she made download AnyDesk (it's an app so she can connect remotely to my PC so she can access to my stocks-views account). We fixed time; I'm her 1st customer every morning which was 8:30 AM. She never used to call me on time, in a week she maybe calls 1 day on time. Rest she would never call on time, some days she would not even call unless I chase her.
On 2nd week she started to insist me to deposit more money, even though I told her I don't want to invest any more money I just want build up the account, I understand that with a small deposit it takes time to build up the account. She started showing me attractive bonus which is too good to be true. When she talks to me, I never felt, she is taking to a customer, she would talk like she is talking to a servant. She would shout/ argue and hang up the phone. Anyway Then I have invested another $1000. They gave $500 bonus.
By profession I'm a business man. I am a very discipline person, every day need to go out latest by 10AM, but every day she would keep me waiting, even though I am her 1st customer still she gets busy before me.
On 3rd week stated to insist me another $2000, started showing me attractive incentive. I told her unless I can withdraw some funds, I'm not comfortable to invest anymore money. She withdrew $100 which came £87 in GBP. So after 2 weeks I have invested another $2000. And told her, this is my last investment I would not invest a single penny. By the time balance gone up to about $12, including profits. In the mean time I have started a course to learn online trading. There are some very strike rules to make profits and one of the rules is never invest more than 30% of money.
Sometimes open positions/trades in profits but she won't let me close them, she will leave the trade open for few days so company gets holding fees. Sometimes from profits to lose but she won't let me close. She stared opening trades investing over 50/60%, if I tell her you should not invest more than 30% its very high risk of losing all the money. She would say I have 8 years experience, don't come to teach me. When the balance is around $21, she open trades using 70% of my balance.
By the ways beside this account I was maintaining and additional account, where I traded by myself. I have made profits around $5K from $250 initial investment.

That day( the day she open trades using 70% of my balance) she called and tells me I need to invest another $2000 otherwise I will lose all my money because the market gone agonist us very badly. I told her why did you invest more than 30%, now suddenly where will I get the money from? As a salutation I said shell I close some of the positions so at least will not lose all the money. Also as second option I said I can transfer $2000 in this account, so everything should be fine. She said which not possible (it's a lie).
How I'm writing she didn't tell me like that, she was screaming and shouting at me. Next day my account gone to minus $2495.00. She told me see I have warren you. You have burnet yourself. She put all the blame to me. She would not accept the fact she invested 70% of the equity, she didn't let me close the positions, she didn't let me transfer fund from my other account.
Then she offered me an insurance policy (RFT) so if I pay $2600, she will get all the money back to my account, had a doubt back of my head. I have never bought an insurance how can insurance cover me now. Okay after 2 week I told myself I have taken high risk for loads of money already let me see what happens another $2600. Paid the money, been waiting 2 weeks no fund came in. Text her (Christina Novak). Asking what's going on? Why the fund not coming in? Now she came u with I have to pay the minus balance before they can refund the fund. I told her you could have told me before I pay for insurance. No she won't because it's an organised scam.
But she came up with an option saying company can loan the money but I can't do noting on the account unless I pay again $2459. Who ask the company to lose money for me? I have lost my profits, how they lost it? Is it their loose or my loose? She just was trying to find a leap so she can make me pay more money and scam. What is the point of her giving me the fund, when I cannot withdrew or open trade. That's mean no point.
Then I asked okay as I'm not getting the fund back, refund my insurance money, she said they can refund the insurance on my trading account. I said you can't refund the lost balance on my trading account because it's in minus, then how can you refund the insurance on a trading account which is still in minus? No answer to this. I said, I want my refund on the original payment method, she said not possible. Does it make sense to you? Is it not the easiest way to refund money to the original payment method? I said ok then pay the insurance refund on my trading account at least the account won't be in minus so I will trade by myself. Now she came u with if I don't pay the negative balance they won't pay. So lie after lie, scam after scam.
Now the summery: stocks-views is an unregulated organised scam. Serous, reputed and regulated broker only accept money from bank/ credit card/ debit card. Not crypto because you can never track or claim refund if you pay through crypto, because it's an unregulated currency.
So guys be careful.
