I was a bit skeptical, as I am with any new technical stock screener, but after using StockMonitor for a couple of days I was pleasantly surprised with their fast pre-built filters for detecting stocks. Super simple and highly recommended site!
The screener is pretty decent, however, the alert sends out an email an hour after the market close. It's pretty useless at that point. I contacted their support about it, but they didn't get back to me. I didn't even receive an automated "Support ticket created" email.
