I was in touch with Frank back in 2021 for a appraisal on a vehicle I wanted to buy. Got a professionally-researched and well-written appraisal in a week and was able to get a check cut for my loan but unfortunately I got hurt so I had to cancel the purchase. Fast forward 4 months later, the vehicle was still available and I contacted Frank. He happily updated my appraisal for a small fee but on the 2nd try to buy the vehicle my loan was not approved. 3rd times a charm, after I got everything situated a month later Frank help me out by updating the appraisal again at no charge. Thanks to Frank I was able to purchase my vehicle 6 months later. I will definitely come back if I decide on getting another appraisal. -Vu
