While having my son's car serviced in October 2020 one of Sterling McCall Toyota's employees wrecked it, literally crashed the car. They paid for the body work. However, they still have not paid for the rental car they got him so my credit is being affected because they can't pay their bills. I was told on 4/22/21 that the bill would be paid. I received another collection notice today, a month later because they still have not paid their bill! Car depreciated because of the first wreck it was in due to their incompetence and my credit is being wrecked because they can't pay their bills.
