“Scam!”

This company doesn't deserve a single star. Did not receive my order for almost two months and the customer service was extremely unprofessional. Looks nothing like shown on the website. You can buy the same one off of Amazon for a much better price. Please do not purchase from them.

Whomever runs this company needs to find different employment! Im assuming I was taken for almost 300 dollars! My ( 2) products never arrived, and... they do not respond to any correspondence!

This company appears to be pretty dang scammy. They do not respond to emails either through their website nor direct emails.

After cancelling our order a few days after placing one on their site, and our cancellation was well before any shipment occurred, they went ahead and shipped two obviously used units delivered to our home a couple of weeks after we cancelled our order. They initially give the impression that an order placed will promptly ship via USPS, which it didn't. Their delay lead us to cancel the pending order.

As I've said, they shipped used units, packaging had obviously been opened and resealed and additionally outside wrapped with black garbage bag plastic. We cut open the black garbage bag plastic outer-wrapping, and cut the unprofessionally applied clear shipping tape, obviously repackaged, resealed, etc.

Removing the first of two units, we found actual droplets/moisture was present inside the first unit's fluid reservoir, the machine casings were scratched, clearly used units that were delivered our home.

We have kept record of our emails and also of the customer service direct link via website to Sterilizek.
If you phone their office you will not be able to get hold of a customer service person. The recording says their lack of availability is attribute to Covid, even though they are located in FL, where businesses are operational. The recording directs you to reach them through their customer service link, but they will not respond at all or return contact to you in any fashion.

Based on their behavior we feel this company is a scam, no integrity, and the product promotion is an unethical con job on United States consumers.

Suggestion would be to avoid doing any business with Sterilizek.

Sterilizek.com is a complete scam of a website. The 5 star reviews on their site are filtered, at best, but almost certainly fake. I left a 1-star review on their site which, of course, never showed up. Just take a look at the commercial stock photos associated with the reviews. They're fake! Don't waste your money here!
Furthermore, Sterilizek.com has gotten their hands on cell phone number lists that include unlisted numbers with names. I received a spam email from them the same morning that I received a text message ad from them on my unlisted phone.
Don't give them your money. Don't reply to their emails. Don't reply to their text message. Instead, report their emails to spamcop.net and report any spam text messages to your cell carriers spam reporting number. If you're a Verizon customer, forward the message to 7726. Verizon will respond asking for the offending phone number. Reply with that, and you are helping to eliminate this problem.

Tip for consumers:
Sites like these pop up all the time. They make quick sales with products that don't actually work (or even exist.) Once they have your info, they'll charge your credit card, often hoping you'll simply forget about it when the product never shows up.
If you do end up ordering from them (although I'm not sure why you would,) be sure to set a 60 or 90 day alert on your calendar so that you can call the credit card company in time to do a chargeback and get your money back.

Been 6 weeks and still have not received product. They did take Amex charge immediately. Sent email that order is processing... gave me a tracking number but UPS said they were waiting to get product from manufacturer. Contacting AMEX tomorrow to get credit back

Buyer be ware! I ordered 4 of these for Christmas gifts. I ordered them on December 4,2020 and paid an extra fee to have the order expedited.

I began communicating with the company when the product was not delivered by Jan 1. I also told them to cancel the order as I no longer had a need or desire for them. They said the order could not be cancelled because they had already been shipped and they provided 2 tracking numbers. Neither of these tracking numbers were valid, so I opened a claim with American Express. The company then told me that if I didn't receive my items by Jan. 23,2021, they would issue a refund for the product and the expedited shipping fee.

Well, they did not arrive, so I asked for my credit. They said it had been sent to the shipping department for review. Then magically on January 27,2021, I received an unidentified box that had half of my order or 2 of the 4 units. The other 2 then arrived in January 27,2021.

I then received a note from the company that since my items had been received, they would not allow them to be returned. I explained that I would like a return shipping label, so I could return them because their website clearly says they have a 100 percent money back Guarantee.

The company then sent me a message "in writing" that said they do not refund money only replace product. I explained that this is not what the website says and they said it was my responsibility to read the small print.

The bottom line is American Express reversed the charges because the company did not respond to their inquiry when I originally disputed the charge for the product and the expedited shipping fee at the beginning of January.

I notified the company that I was willing to return the items as I had no use for them at this point, but if they did not send me a return shipping label, that I would just consider them a gift and discard them.

I find it a shame that in this digital age that a company chooses to operate so unethically.

Shame on them!

Note: when I first requested they just cancel the order, they said they had already been shipped. Again, the tracking numbers they sent were bogus. Their website clearly states items are shipped directly from their facility in the United States. If this is the case they clearly lied as they would not have taken a month to get to me. I believe they had not been shipped, they just didn't want to cancel the order. I also believe this is why there was no tracking or shipping information on my package.

This is the last message I received from them copied and pasted here: " Dear Customer, the purchasing department informs that you should read the Company's Return Policy well, because in said Policy it specifies that it is until a certain date, currently the policy says, that product replacements are specifically made if it arrives in poor condition or does not work, and in that case the client must send evidence, to be evaluated by the technical staff, for subsequent approval.
Likewise, our policy says that the cancellation period is one hour after the purchase is made.
In your case, our staff has requested proof that your product was delivered in poor condition or does not work, and to date we have had no evidence from you."

Also, See the attached images that came directly from their website. Yet they say they do not do refunds?
