I attempted to recover my sons photos accidentally deleted. CS gave no help at all.
The preview photos were all good but the recovered photos are tiny with no detail and are hugely out of focus

I just trialled your software to recover images I lost of my son's when I formatted the wrong disc, all the pictures in the preview were good and clear.
I paid my subscription and ran the software but the same images appear as not much more than thumbnails and so blurry I can hardly make out that they are birds even.
How can the result be so different from the preview?

Can these pictures be recovered and actually serve some purpose? I would expect them to be at least as good as the preview that you showed me or if not I would like a refund

how is that the same? The first is the preview, the second the recovered file 3:55:35 PM
disjointed photos, the ones with words you can't even read. The recovered files are 120 - 150 pixels a tenth of the orioginals 3:57:00 PM
