I ordered a jersey from this sight unknowing this was a company based in China. I only found out when I saw a currency exchange fee on my credit card. The jersey I ordered took several weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, it was clear that the merchandise was a knock off. Wanting to return the item I was advised I could either hold onto it and wait till someone else ordered the same jersey (that would likely never happen) or I could send it to them. Opting for the later, I sent the jersey to the address they provided reluctantly. Now it is several months later and have yet to receive a refund. Additionally, communications have become terse with little to no response. This site is a FRAUD and should be shut down.

Buyer beware is all I have to say about this site. I ordered a Steeles jersey off this site because they were the one that had it it in stock. Supposedly my invoice total came to $152.99 with free shipping. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about getting its products from their warehouse in China. The first suspicious item was that when I checked my bank statement online their charge showed up as BUESA ONLINE BEIJING CN and they charged me $164.09. My order showed as pending even after they had my money. The only way to contact them is through email on their website. The assured me the order went through and that shipment was being arranged and would take 5-15 days. They also said that they would send me a tracking number. At the 7 day mark I still had no tracking number. I emailed them again and asked why my charges were different. They gave me a tracking number for USPS that showed it was still in a sorting area in China. Also, they said the difference in the charge was due to the international exchange rate. I don't think they can legally charge me other than what is posted on their website, but I will be going through my bank to find out. Not even sure if this is a legit site at this point. The order says Steelers Shop. The emails come from teamfanproshop.com. Some emails say powered by prestashop and others say powered by steelersedgeonline.com. Seems like a scam.
