Steel-Toe-Shoes

After trying on the shoes I ordered, wearing them briefly then taking them off. The company is refusing to give me a refund and stated they will be shipped back to me. In very unprofessional email responses the company attached a photo of the bottom of a shoe that looks like what I ordered and returned. However, I am convinced they keep a pair of damaged shoes on hand of certain pairs so that they can use the photo incase the customer disputes their decision. I have witnesses who saw the shoes I returned they were in new condition! What a scam!

Thought I would try this site as I wear a size 13 which I have trouble finding locally. Their pricing is OK at best. Ordered my size and they came fairly quickly. I tried them on in my office with carpet and tile floors. After walking around for 10 minutes I could tell the right shoe was bigger than the left so I decided to exchange them for another brand. I sent the shoes back thinking I would get an exchange. But the shoes were returned to me saying they were used and they would not exchange them. What a bunch of bull! I would never buy from them again. If you are not sure of your size than go somewhere else. If you do try them on my God don't walk at all. Anybody need a pair of 13 work shoes? I have some that are no good to me. I plan on dealing with more reputable online companies from now on.

After receiving a pair of shoes that were too big I ordered another in a smaller size the same day I received the first pair. I did this because of time constraints; the length of time it would take to send back the original pair and receive the new pair ran a great chance of leaving me without shoes for too long. When I contacted Customer Service and spoke with a Supervisor, he told me I had to pay to return the first pair even thou I ordered another pair in a smaller size... Why they refused to send a return slip blows my mind! I wasn't asking for a credit until they received the returned item-all they needed to do was send me the label as they would have if I sent them back on the same day I ordered the replacement... This is not a unreasonable request. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in online shopping. At this point I would rather pay to return both pairs vs giving them my business. I will never buy from them again.

Shipment got delivered to wrong places still no refund from seller been a big hassle did investigation with ups and everytime we call the seller they claim they will do something soon or call back and never do

It was easy to order and find a pair I wanted but that's were easy stopped. The shoes arrived in the shoe box and had only been put into a package so the box was almost ruined. I received the shoe I ordered and it turned out to be to small so I went through the returns process and made sure the shoes were spotless. Today I received the same pair with a notice telling me the shoes I returned were unsellable and they would not take them back their reason scuffing and visible outsold wear. While I cannot supply pictures here for you to judge yourself I assure you there is no such problems on the shoes. My advise be certain of your shoe size in the brand you order because they won't take returns even though they say they will.
