My wife and I completed our first counseling session earlier this month with NACA and it went better than i expected. Our counselor Thomas Rhodes was great. He responds timely and is making this process less stressful. I would definitely recommend the NACA program to first time homebuyers.

The website failed to recognize that I have or had vehicle insurance for some reason. I got texts from the customer service staff notifying me of this. They answered every question almost instantly. They told me what they could do and what they couldn't. I requested that my insurance company re-post my insurance information, and the team kept telling me that it was not yet available. Eventually, however, they informed me as soon as it was.

I made a key error, and I didn't realize I did, however this team caught it, rectify the issue. They fixed it while I'm in the middle of re-registing the same vehicle, what would have cause an other charged, but before I could finish, they email me with the correct information. Saving me time and headaches, and not to mention Saving my cash from being tied up.

This was customer service and support above & beyond! Every email was answered so quickly that I opened it expecting a canned reply letting me know my email was received and someone would contact me in X business days instead I received thorough answers and a helpful person on the other side who took care of everything both times. I am military stationed out of state and this service was a huge help to getting my vehicle registration sorted and a burden off my mind. Polite, friendly, professional and beyond prompt. Thank you!

For some reason the web site did not recognize that I have/had car insurance. I received messages from the support team informing me of this. They responded almost immediately to every question. They informed me what they could and could not do. I asked my insurance company to re-post my insurance information and the team continued to inform me that the information was not available and ultimately when it became available they informed me right away. It could not have been a more helpful experience.

I had the most incredible experience via text with a person who went above and beyond to help me get my care registered. I don't know there name but they are simply amazing!

I sent an email regarding an issue with not receiving my registration sticker, fearing it had been sent to a former address. I honestly didn't expect a reply, as customer service always seems to be disappointing in this day and age. Much to my surprise, not only did I receive a speedy reply, but one with helpful information that enabled a solution to my problem in record time. I cannot say enough about this service to show adequate appreciation for their help!

Was worried my paperwork would go to an old address so took a shot at the link to stateregistration.org. Within 30 seconds I had instructions and support and assurance that everything was corrected with my new address. 30 seconds people! Then 2 follow up emails: "As soon as we verify the address update to zip *****, we'll immediately attempt to process your renewal and keep you advised." What?! - Awesome service.

I am nothing but so pleased and overwhelmed by Morgan's assistance beyond call of her duty. I just could not do it without her patient, diligent hello to me for trying to renew rigistration for 3 vehicles which registration expire same day. I just could not match PIN with correct registration car plate number.

I had not received my tag renewal by the expected date and decided to follow up with State Registration. I received a reply to my email within 15 minutes. The associate was polite in asking for additional information and kept me up to date with the steps they were taking. Within an hour, my issue was resolved. State Registration took care of everything. Their service was excellent and I would not hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.

I mistakenly entered the wrong address during my attempt to renew my registration. I have loved the customer service process that notified my of the mistake and what needed to be done -- the text message update to check my email was so helpful to deal with it right away, and the fast response with a clear way to resolve the issue from what seems to be a real person (ha!) at 8:30 at night was awesome, too. You guys have an amazing customer service system!

I debated about renewing online but decided it would be easier than driving downtown, parking or finding a drive-through and then explaining what I needed. I ran into a little problem receiving my registration because my address wasn't updated. I recently moved and my registration was mailed to my old address. I notified them with my issue and they assured me I would receive my registration in 10 days and also offered me a print out so I can legally drive! How awesome is that! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know!

I am very pleased with how tentative and responsive this business assisted me. I had an issue with the inspection site not uploading my vehicle inspection to the State of Texas database. I was assisted quickly and efficiently with haste and professionalism that exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to discover there was a text service available to those who chose on-line renewal! I received prompt service by Bridgit and the other agents who processed my renewal. I had run into some technical error and she was able to assist via text messaging immediately. The error was corrected painlessly and swiftly. Would use this again.
