This website is trustworthy. I have been wearing wigs for a very long time and I took a chance on this website. The quality was excellent! I received my unit in a reasonable amount of time and they also sent me a "thank you" note for my purchase. I would definitely order from this website again. Make sure it's starlacewigsonline.com NOT starlacewigs.com.
The site is very user friendly. The prices are very reasonable.The quality of hair is nice. But, I'm concerned that this company is unclear about cap construction. Lace front, full lace, vs 360. I ordered a full lace, with the stretch from ear to ear. I have ordered this type of cap many times. It took 9.5 weeks to arrive. What I received was a lace front cap. When I emailed the company with my disappointment, and what my expectations were of what a full lace cap should look like (pics), vs what I received, the response was basically that I don't know the difference between a 360, and a full lace. I'm not new to this field. They were very friendly, and offered an explanation, and a couple of solutions. However, I'm not convinced they are that knowledgeable about cap construction. Unless, everyone else is wrong? The second pic is my order. It's a lace front. I can't believe that took 9 weeks. I guess.

Not a legit company. I never got my wig and they never responded to my email. Don't buy anything from them.
