I received my urns within 4-5 days as it says. I love them, the color and design is beautiful and they are very substantial in weight. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them.

I had inadvertently left off the code for an extra 15% off the product. When I realized this after finalizing the purchase, I called their number and left a message stating that. I received an email letting me know they had credited my credit card the 15%. This is a great, honest, caring business!

Placed order late in the evening and all 5 were shipped the next day... with engraving. We received delivery within 3 business days from order. The hardest part of ordering from Stardust Memorials was choosing which urns from the wide variety of options they offer, and when they arrived, we were not disappointed!
