Starbucks has become synonymous with quality coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the consistency of their beverages, as well as the variety of options available to suit different tastes and preferences. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance make Starbucks locations a favorite spot for catching up with friends or getting some work done. However, I have noticed that prices can be on the higher side, particularly for specialty drinks. Despite this, the overall experience of visiting Starbucks keeps me coming back time and time again

Im a Starbuck's fan, but I've never had an experience this dreadful. We go into Starbucks almost daily, mostly great service. Highway 8 store in Stoney Creek (Fortino's Mall) was making up their own rules. We wanted a call back from the manager, it never came. We called customer service and they forwarded a message to have the District manager contact us, they never did. We called back customer service to ask for the Area Manager to contact us. They never did. Plus, they said there was nobody higher in all Starbucks to refer this to. Each time we were told that we'd get a call back within 48 hours. We waited at least 72 hours each time. Is this the new direction of Starbucks Canada? This is how businesses fail.

Tip for consumers:
This is a case where a really bad management team thinks that turning customers off will make their lives easier. I hope that when senior management reads this they will wonder why their aspiring managers are saying senior managers are as unimportant an they are calling customers.

Yes, it is nice to go into a Starbucks from time to time (depends on the store however) -- especially if you have things to do on a laptop or perhaps read a publication, but the price/quality ratio for their coffee is now beyond absurd.

The coffee in Starbucks is bad. It does not have any taste or aroma. Each time I have had coffee, they serve coffee with no bean strength.
Unless they improve the coffee flavour, people are going to find other alternatives.

Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed.

Tip for consumers:
Drink Slowly when you get to the end of your coffee so as not to swallow a mouthful of grinds.

It's a hit or miss whether they are open on time. Two mornings ago she was slamming everything around and stating it wasn't her fault she was late. I can order the same drink every day and it's totally different. I have yet to see an attendant that is friendly in the last week. This in in a hospital setting. I will never go to another Star Bucks after this.

My friend and I like the place very much, we always drink delicious cava here and buy delicious treats. But today in the cafe we encountered rudeness from the waitress, who cleans the tables in the street (the bilaterian). Along with the products decided to indulge themselves and liquor (a small glass). This very "chemist" assistant came by and said that you can't drink other people's products.

Starbucks employees that gotten out of hand. They try and act too cool and they think that they're above a lot of people don't like the attitude there. Too pompous and if you're undecided on what to get they don't want to really help you. Understand that they're a busy place but attitude makes a big difference.

Tip for consumers:
starbucks needs to implement customer feedback regarding their employees.

I am so beyond frustrated with the service I've been receiving from Starbucks. I called today and spoke to someone to 15 minutes explaining what happened over and over again until I was transferred to someone else who wasn't much help either. Please take the time to understand my issue as I've already wasted so much time with this:

I ordered TWO logo siren cups through the app for pickup June 11. The app said they were in stock at a location far away from me, so I sent my mom to pick them up. I paid $32.37 on the app. When my mom arrived, they said they were out of stock and gave her 4 mystery reusable cups instead. Those are $4 each with the straw, so they only gave her $17 worth of merchandise which is not equivalent to what I paid.

I took your advise and went to return the items, however, I ONLY
HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE TWO CUPS I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FOR $32. I do not have a receipt for the cups they decided to give her instead. So, they could only give me store credit, again for $17 and not for the $32 I actually paid.

When I called Starbucks, they had the most difficult time understanding what my issue is and I had to explain the story about 4 times. They keep saying someone will email me, even after I've ALREADY explained that I've been emailing with someone. So they give me a $10 credit and call it a day. Still not what I needed, and still shoring me $5 of what I originally paid.

Additionally, the Starbucks app does tell you if an item is out of stock or in stock. I've been to 3 different Starbucks that say the original cups I tried to purchase were in stock, when they apparently were not. This whole experience has been awful, I've wasted time driving around, talking to people, emailing, literally doing everything I can just to get this resolved. PLEASE tell me you can give me a solution. I just want the two dang cups I paid for, that's literally

Me and my friend got Starbucks my friends order was cookies & cream and mine was strawberries & cream they both tasted like milk and ice mixed in a blender almost no taste please make something more delicious with more taste also really expensive and we only bought a small this makes me really angry

Went at Starbucks in Las Vegas and it was obvious that the staff there was not completely up to date on training. Multiple mistakes made throughout my visit. Actually getting your correct order is becoming rare. Very disappointed and will not be returning to what used to be my favorite coffee shop.

Every time we go to Starbucks we ask for triple carmael and we pay for the drink and what we want i it so why DON'T we get it? Because they don't get it! Then they want be smart asses and fill half cup with carmael so they still ain't getting it right! That's a slap in the face putting that much carmael in it! Come on ppl all we asked was triple carmael.it NOT that hard! Then they act like we are the ones who are wrong? We as customers are the bloodline of all and any business we go to but some ppl DON'T get that! Or is it because Starbucks is such a wide successful business that they don't care how many customers they lose because there's always another new person that will drive thru or walk up? ONLY REASON IM GIVING 2 STARS IS FOR THE VANILLA BEAN SCONES THAT I LOVE! AND THEY DO DESERVE A 5 STAR SO MAYBE I SHOULD DO A DIFFERENT REVIEW FOR THEM! LOL IF IT WEREN'T FOR THEM I WOULD OF STOPPED COMING HERE A LONG TIME AGO!

Before u start my wife goes to Starbucks on the regular and loves it them! Right now we are in a partial shut down due to covid.
As an owner of a snow clearing company we are out at all hours of the day and our trucks have large equipment like plows that dont fit in most drive throughs unfortunately. This past storm we were out plowing driveways and parking lots so people could get to work and do last minute shopping; we love the service we provide! After a 23 hour shift i went to Starbucks to grab my wife a gift from our son As i said i dont fit in a drive through, so i called to try and buy a gift card and tumbler and pick up at curb side only to find out i would have to download their app and input my credit card info to buy the mug, but the gift card could be paid for in cash inside as he was doing me a favor as im an essential worker. So i go and grudgingly download the app and do all the steps only to find out i cannot get a tumbler off the app and there was no way for me to somehow meet someone at the door to pay for these two items. We may be in a code red lock down but it is their decision to not allow walk in orders which limits certain people that either dont drive or dont fit in a drive through. They should have a plan b for those circumstances. This will in the future force me to look at other companies that are easier to work with.

I come to work at 5a.m. And I stop at a 24 Starbucks to get a coffee. On this particular morning I stopped by to order a small Blonde with soy milk and the lady said in a rude voice you mean tall blonde I said to her small Blonde she rung me up I'm about to give her my money she walked away to the back of the store, next thing I know another girl come out to register asked what I wanted I just told her small Blonde with soy milk, she like it's called tall instead of small so I said you mean she got mad just because I said small really. Everybody do not know what tall mean at Starbucks I know small, medium and large. You just don't walk away from a customer, who is trying to pay(I mean I had my money in hand, in mid air giving it to her she just walked away.) Customer service, really you need to be retrained or find another job. I'm coming in to work that early in the morning I don't need that nasty attitude.
