Good service and nice website, but I found the "third person", so no marriage at last.
This website is a scam. They take your money and a month later produce a dress that is nothing like you order. Their dresses are cheaply made and arrive shoved into a plastic bag the size of a large book, rather than a box as promised on their website. The dress I ordered was made two inches smaller than what was ordered according to their specs and while filing these complaints they replied that these are replicas and that they always ship in bags. I have emailed four times since trying to return my dress and have taken photos and screen shots proving that the dress is nothing like pictured and there is nowhere on their website that warns that these are replicas, and now they have stopped responding all together. If you don't want to be without a dress and out of a couple hundred dollars, do not order from this website.
I placed the order for this beautiful dress. Prior to my order they were kind and emailed every day answering all questions I had. I sent my measurements to them. The made my dress and it arrived within 25 days BUT it is the WRONG SIZE. In fact I took it to a professional seamstress, she said it was child size, I am a 45 year old woman and a size 16/18. When I reached out to them the same day I received the dress they became defensive and sent pictures of what they measured. For 2 days they went back and forth and suggested I take it to a local seamstress to be fixed. This is without any extra material that they offered. At this point I am now 7 days out from my arrival of the dress and have received no response in my request to get at least 1/2 of my money back. I am so disappointed, I read their reviews and was quite confident. Not to mention they charge me $50 more than what the dress is going for sale now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

We condemn all sorts of slanders. Our products were made as the same pictures strictly, they are more than 98% similar with picture on website. Besides, we choose to use a plastic bag because the shipping fee will be lower than using a box, but the safety of the dress will be guaranteed all the time. There will be some issues for shopping online and we also concern about each dress we've sold. People can contact us anytime by email and phone, and we'll be pleased to solve all issues, we'll also take the responsibility for our problems, too. I'm afraid that the problem this customer said we didn't contact her at all was not true, we also have reason to doubt that this customer didn't purchased any dress at all on our website or blame us just because the dress was not what she want or she's given us a wrong size.
