Stake was initially a great platform, then as I made my way to the Platinum level of their VIP program, the bonuses lessened and the losses heavily outweigh the wins, it's like there is some financial crisis that the consumers are paying for. The customer service team can only do their job which is to tell you that you don't have to pay money to play, etc. but then you can't win money either. And to take care of your well-being. It leaves you feeling as if you just can't be heard which is frustrating, but you can't be mad at them as they are following a script and don't really have the capability to help. It's frustrating to say the least, the game variety is great and site runs well, which makes it a shame that it feels like you're being robbed.
