It was fine, arrived in a timely fashion.
Paypal wasn't working correctly, so I called in and the lady was very friendly and helpful.
Item purchased shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. Unit arrived with minor damage to replaceable parts. SLS and/or the manufacturer responded in a professional and timely manner.
I will shop here again for future stage lighting needs.
First order contained a few incorrect items. Second item I ordered did not work until I took it apart and cleaned it, then banged my hand on the side.
I have to say though, customer service corrected my incorrect order right away.
Website is difficult
Paid for rush shipping and it still took two business days to ship.
