Got seated and waited 19 minutes to even be asked what we would like to drink, ordered our drinks and food we now were seated for 35 minutes then the server proceeded to tell us they couldn't make the smooths so still had no water even after 35 minutes of sitting. Not only was there no ac we didn't even have water in the heat! Then finally got our food after 52 minutes no refills on water do to the cups being in the dishwasher the food was good but doesn't make up for the lack of service!
Not fancy or pretentious, that's part of the experience. A very simple and effective, fast moving design; with a GREAT food happy ending!
Walk in, wait in line to order (make sure you know what you want when you get to the counter, there are other people waiting behind you), pay, sit down. Simply the best breakfast, every time. Strawberry, Nutella, Banana crepes for dessert, the a Santa Fe Scramble with big, chunky potatoes and fluffy Macadamia Banana pancakes (didn't even need syrup, they ARE that good!)...
