I use for to be able to receive goodies from my favourite author who doesn't post directly to England. Stackry are good at keeping me updated on all aspects of my parcel. They let me know when it has arrived at the locker, along with if it needs repacking or not. They are honest. Have received a few items this way and highly recommend
Stackry is a well known organisation among the UK comic book scene for how affordable it can make shipping multiple comics from the US to the UK in comparison to using other postal methods. With their consolidation options and the care they take in packing your order I can see why they came as highly recommended as they did. On this first package alone I have saved over $110 in shipping costs and received my package in under 2 weeks. What an absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!
One of my packages is missing for more than 10 days. I'm writing with support but the feedback is very bad: taking forever and asking all the time the same questions. I've prepared all details but still no feedback that they've found my package.
I paid a much higher price than the shipping charges mentioned in amazon for my order. So this was not a great experience for a person like me who buy products from US less often. But the process was quite easy.
Everything works as intented in general.
But the moment you see the shipping prices you guys charge for international shipping, my mouth drops.
I have CHECKED with friends in america, and how much it would cost them to ship the same size/weight as you do. And it's way less than what you charge.
Then you have the BALLS to say i saved multiple hundreds of dollars because i only had to ship 1 box instead of themultiple things i ordered.
Crazy expensive shipping costs. Way more than the Stackry calculator initially predicted which is the resign I signed up for this service in the first place. Like 2-3x what I expected.

Thanks for the honest review. We are so sorry that you were not happy with the pricing. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. I can see you were billed on the size weight of 13 lbs. I see you elected to ship with FedEx Priority. This package was already sent once, it took me a month of complaining to you, and to DHL, without notice from their side now they have returned the goods, is there anyway I can get the money paid to DHL back
I´ve been waiting since october to receive one of my packages and still counting.
I have been with stackry for more than 5 years and sadly I have found that service quality has declined over time. This is evident by slower consolidation, slow email responses and improper packaging (packed a shoebox in a plastic bag) which resulted in received damaged, crushed shoebox. I hope they can improve because i have found them to be a trustworhty service and do not want to lose it.

Storage fee continued to be charged after consolidation was requested. Delay in consolidating was at your end.
Surprisingly higher postage cost than my previous shipments.
Will reconsider before using this service again
They put on some maintenance screwdrivers prohibited materials in order to earn some money. I do not advise dealing with them
Inconsistent application of hazardous materials charges means it is unpredictable if it would just be cheaper to pay for direct international shipping from companies without consolidating packages. Long term user but increasingly avoiding the service as no longer offering value.

Due to international regulations, shipping dangerous goods requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the available carriers. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. Cost me extra $300 to get it past customs in tax and duty and extra fees none of which i was warned about at all
Other than that the sevice was amazing they processed quickly and packages arived in good condition for fair price

Every transaction with Stackry brings a surprise. Final shipping rate is always way higher than estimate with roughly same weight. Seriously contemplating idea of new package forwarder.
It's too much Indo and steps to be filled compared to other similar companies providing same services

The experience with Stackry was okay, but apparently, I have the misconception that I can save money by buying camping products from the States instead of from Australia, as the retail prices in the States are much lower than in Australia. However, I end up paying significantly more money with the shipping cost and tax. Will not try this again.

I am extremely disappointed how my last 2 shipments were handled, only because of miscommunication. I've spent on a shipment precisely the things you weren't able to ship and should have been discarded whilst the actual product that I need urgently was still in my locker. I'll think twice if I am to use your service again or recommend to anyone else.

I'm just not happy about the postage cost. Your rates don't suit small items. My item is a single comic. It is costing $46 to have it posted, which is more than the comic cost. If I'd know that this was the cost in the beginning I wouldn't have made the purchase. The only reason I am following through with the purchase is that I suffer from integrity. It is unlikely I'll be using this service again.
The over-the-phone service is fine. There is one lady that is consistently rude. It's gotten to the point where when I call and hear her, I hang up and will call later in the hopes of someone else picking up because I do not want to deal with her. This is not okay for business.

Incorrect mailing address displays that leaves out my unit "UNIT 1518" number every time I try & complete my order. It exists in the core site, in my payment information, etc., but wont show in the finalized order. This needs to be fixed.
This is my first try at your service and I think it is overpriced compared to competitors.
My packages have been in your possession for almost a week before being ready to ship. Not providing consolidation services over the weekend really makes the fees you charge hard to stomach.

01. Please show all the costs deducting from different options selected. I disn't know that i'll have to pay 77$ for only dhl, that delivers hazmat, compared to global post, which is 50$ cheaper
02. Put customer program hours till 17:00, or write that it's untill 16:00
03. Include dutyes and taxes for dhl express
04. Have a customer discount, on several shipments
