I use for to be able to receive goodies from my favourite author who doesn't post directly to England. Stackry are good at keeping me updated on all aspects of my parcel. They let me know when it has arrived at the locker, along with if it needs repacking or not. They are honest. Have received a few items this way and highly recommend

Stackry is a well known organisation among the UK comic book scene for how affordable it can make shipping multiple comics from the US to the UK in comparison to using other postal methods. With their consolidation options and the care they take in packing your order I can see why they came as highly recommended as they did. On this first package alone I have saved over $110 in shipping costs and received my package in under 2 weeks. What an absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!

This is honest review for you guys.
Once you guys has an item on stackry locker. You need to verify your credit card on the website, stackry will charge less than $2. Then once you have paid the shipping cost, they will email you ask you to verify your idcard + credit card + selfie.

This is why they don't accept bitcoin payment anymore because they will took your personal information credit card + selfie + idcard. So this is my review. They didn't give my money back

Dears, do you have the worst costumer service ever, I sent many emails for you, no response. I bought a product from US, (74$) product cost, you charged me around (110$) to ship it to Egypt. FedEx asked me to pay another (120$) as as a customs fees?

My first experience was they billed me for shipping an item that I had not requested to be shipped yet as I was adding items to be consolidated and had to call them to credit back the shipping charge.

The lowest shipping rate provided me by Stackry was FedEx International $135.00 USD because they do not offer a USPS Priority Mail Service for only $85.00 USD. They cost me $50.00 more in shipping than was necessary. I will now use this other parcel forwarding service as it is certainly more economical.

I only bought 3 pieces of clothes and you charge me 215 riyals for it? When i ship from asos (in uk) or dollskill (in the us) before they suspended the shipping to ksa they used to ship for free or charge me 50 riyals maximum for the shipping only if i didn't buy a lot of stuff otherwise they wouldn't charge me for shipping at all? Man you're just scamming people that's a scam stop sucking money outta people

I got issue when my package was ready to be shipped I got notice that one of my item cannot be shipped which is Home Use Cleaning item. You classified it as Corrosive and oxidizer material which has been shipped for many years by other Forwarding Company other than you. Also, requested a revise for this item but no feedback which cause a delay for my shipment. I was just trying your service to see if is really worth or not. Unfortunately, the Clorox ultra clean toilet tablets fell into this category due to the Material Safety Data sheet. Horrible service, didn't ship my product because they said it was not allowed even though it was nowhere on there list of prohibited items. Now I have to ship it out to the retailer and there charging me additional fees on top of shipping just to get it back to the retailer. Worst shipping experience I've ever had will NEVER use again

My shipment was wrongly tagged as hazmat and the app/website would not allow me to change any settings or select any shipping methods, essentially putting my package into limbo. I emailed back and forth with customer service but each time was told I had to do something on my end or provide additional information to fix the problem. I am in the Army and stationed in Korea and had to call at 3:45a.m. Korea time to finally to speak to someone in person. Thankfully, I spoke to Miles and he resolved the issue over the phone.

I recently had a truly awful experience with Stacky, a company that I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from enduring the same ordeal.

First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. When I encountered issues with a package, I attempted to reach out to their support team for assistance. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with a representative or for one to respond timorously to all my emails. After countless emails, I received generic and unhelpful responses that left me frustrated and no closer to resolving my problem.

The core function of a package forwarding company is to ensure that packages are efficiently and securely delivered to their intended recipients. Stacky, unfortunately, failed miserably in this regard. The package I was eagerly awaiting arrived with missing items that were apparently prohibited however listed on the waybill/manifest.

Adding to my disappointment, the pricing structure was far from transparent. I paid duties/tax for items that were not actually in my box (since they were never shipped).

The trust I placed in Stacky was misplaced, and my terrible experience with them has left me with a bitter taste. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. There are many other reputable package forwarding companies available that offer better customer service, transparent pricing, and, most importantly, reliable delivery services. Save yourself the stress and disappointment and look elsewhere for your package forwarding needs.

Poor information prior to using your service has meant that I have paid more to buy things in the US and ship them than I could have purchased for in my home country. I have never had this experience using other freight consolidation companies and will not be using your service again. In the future you should be upfront about shipping restrictions, taxes etc

I've tried your service for the first time.

The things I like about your service are all related to the speed of it. You are fast in showing items that you received. You are also fast in packing/repacking and preparing packages for shipment.

What I didn't like is related to the quality of your packaging. I was overcharged for this shipment. Because you used one of Amazon boxes I received. The box was big in size. And it my items were way less than that box size. You also used the air bubbles for no good reason. Most the items in my orders are disposable face masks and gym bands. None of these items are fragile nor need any sort of protection.

In addition to this, one of the folding pieces on top of the Amazon box is big to cover the entire box!

So the cost which I ended up paying was exaggerated in terms of volumetric weight. The unnecessary extra space in that box in addition to the weight of it, was totally useless and expensive.

I called your phone number before and after I made this order. You took pride of labeling your service as premium. While other companies who do repacking service use their own boxes which are neat and size-optimized, this reduce the unnecessary charges for the customers. No point in paying extra fees for international shipping for bigger boxes that are not needed in the first place.

Hope you take this into consideration and refrain from using original bulky boxes when you ship to your customers and rather use your own boxes which should be lighter in weight and smaller in size.

I'm really cautious to use your service again to avoid paying exaggerated fees for no good reason.

All of a sudden my small 100ml bottle of perfume now weighs 3lb.
$21.12 dollars GST for an item thats $68 (GST should be $6.80)
Not upfront about fees. Seriously doubt that Stackry are paying GST to Australia. Bit of joke. So ripped off. Charging someone over 30% for GST.
I have gone from a $45 delivery fee to $135 just because of Hazmat and the extra weight you guys did repacking it.
Not happy with this service one bit but what can I do.

My shipment id ******* was shipped with Aramex on 23rd February but even after 15 days Aramex says they yet to receive parcel from stackry. I have opened support ticket every 2 days but they just do give same reply to wait for update. So careless team, I hardly write reviews but their harassment to customers is now beyond tolerance. Also this shipment was earlier shipped in January and at that time Aramex told me they received damaged shipmemt. Then Aramex returned it back and stackry charged me more for repacking and shipped again. Now again similar issue.

Hope after reading my concern here they will try to track my parcel status and resolve the issue. Because on email they not concerned at all.

Stackry is run by thieves who hold your parcels at hostage until you give up, it was marked hazardous, asked to return to seller, paid for the return, they have refused to return it. Best to report them to the authorities for theft as they do as they please with other peoples property.

I cannot believe how much it cost me to ship. They did not give me a cheap option. The cheapest option they have cost more than the contents. Then, without ever being told, I find out I have to pay a customs fee. Between the fee and the shipping I spent 3 times the amount the items in the box were worth. I am so unbelievably upset and completely broke at this point. I called customer service and they were completely dismissive and told me "I could have contacted them to find out all the fees associated". Why should I have to do that?!?! It should all be down clearly on the website! He also told me, and I quote, "you save more if you ship more, so it's not really a good deal on only one package.". What the actual F***. I cannot believe what a massive ripoff this was. I just moved to the UK and spent less on shipping my household than I spent on shipping a pair of shoes and a few boxes of cereal. I am irate and cannot believe this company has the rating and reviews that they do. DO NOT USE THEM.

Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So if your box was large, it was charging you off of dimensional weight not your actual weight. This is standard for international shipments. You mentioned the value of the items you were shipping, however those have no bearing on what the carrier costs will be for your shipment, so those values are irrelevant in that sense. Regarding the customs fees, we do say on our website that the forwarding costs you pay to Stackry does not include duties and taxes. Additionally, we have a page dedicated to listing the prices of our services, as well as a calculator tool to help with gathering shipping cost estimates before you arrange or pay for a shipment. Compared to the rest of the industry our pricing is very competitive, especially since we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage on every one of your packages for 45 days.
I do apologize if you felt this was a ripoff. Some folks do find that our services may not be the right fit for their particular needs, and we understand and respect that. UPS delivered item at 1.6 pounds, surprise to me it became 9 lbs when shipped through Stackery, i actually opted for the repackage ($5) thinking it will will make a difference, but guess what i was only charged an additional $5 for repackaging but it did not make a difference in shipping charges. I have had many issues in the past, i have given you the doubt of benefit, but i am am calling it quits and will not shop with you again. Thanks for your support.

It was my first order and there was a problem with my one package being double scanned as two packages of different sizes. Then the system misunderstood my address and didnt give me all the shipping options available. Then even the cheapest shipping method was more expensive and much slower than my previous reshipper. Weirdly my 1lb package was considered a 2lb package for cost calculation. Im disappointed.
