I used their forms and it worked just fine for me. I did call them for help and though they dint help much on the form I did get a response.
Avoid this at all costs! They charge me 29.99 twice for a free form. Their Terms and Conditions state your cost is 19.99 plus 9.99 per year for annual membership. If you want to cancel you have to call them within 7 days. Guess what? There's no phone number in the Terms and Conditions to call! All you can do is send them an email on their site. They're located in Stafford Texas and the number is *******161

Absolute scam. I am hoping CC company will at least help me get the 9.99 back. I feel so stupid for falling for it.
This is a scam. Like it was said, they lead you to believe it is a government site but it is b. S. You can get the forms free and this place doesn't give a phone # to call, shady... don't use this site...

SCAM ALERT! They put on all the artwork and facade to make you think it's a government site, when it's just a form scam. The next site down you can get all the same forms for free. They don't file or rush your claim or anything! I already notified BBB about them

This site is a complete scam, beware! They charge you 19.99 for a form you can get for free from the actual gov site. But when the actual transaction went through I was charged 29.99. A complete scam all the way around steer clear.
Do not use! I encountered all of the above problems. Gop to your local Social Security office ir something.
