I bought a Chloe backpack and got it quicker than expected! No problems! Item is authentic and an awesome buy! $600 cheaper than a luxury store here in the states! Will buy again!
If you are outside Canada beware They charged taxes on my order then after delivery I received another bill from fed ex for taxes. When you look at the customs slip they filled out for border patrol they did not include the taxes (over $170) they already charged me so thus the additional taxation from fed ex. I should have never ordered from this company and should have just purchased from a US based store as it did not end of being "cheaper" although when you purchase you think it is.

I always have a great experience with Ssense. This time was a bit slower than usual and it's been difficult to receive answers from customer support (I know your team was overwhelmed) but the support that I DO receive is always amazing. Things are processed and questions are answered without difficulties and always result in a positive resolution. The only feedback I have is that during sale and holiday times that you hire some more staff for your customer support.
My order was delay for almost 2 weeks. I called the customer service line as they were very knowledgeable, supportive by providing me the reasons and advised when I should be getting an email that my item being shipped. They also offered 10% discount for inconvenience. Thank you!

And it ended up being a totally different team member who helped me solve my return issue, and he was really amazing.

I think SSENSE has fast and convenient service, but the return process is slower than the other site such as Farfetch, and I think you guys should have more payment options like Apple Pay. And lastly an apple will be a lot more convenient than regular website.
I made a lots of order from Ssense.com. I really like the simple style of the website. And most order are free shipping within Canada and return.
Last time I ordered a pair of shoe and paid for over night delivery, but end up receive them after a week or so. It's around the New Year, but no one told me it would stop deliver in holidays. I thought I can get it before my birthday, but I receive it so late.
I think if I choose regular shipping I will receive them in the same time range. That's the only thing I am not happy with all the purchased I have made.
A week after making my order, I had no received any shipping confirmation. When I emailed about the status on my order, I received shipping confirmation within two hours and my order arrived in the next two days. So although there was a mistake initially, as soon as it was brought to the attention of staff, it was immediately taken care of, which I appreciated greatly.

The whole process from start to finish, to get the item to me in the uk within 4 days was amazing. I was kept uptown date throughout on my order, however not completely satisfied with the product as on almost every occasion I struggle with the zipper fastening at the first attempt. I have fed this back direct to Mackage customer services as this is not ideal and not what I expect from a high end brand and an expensive item at that. I am currently waiting for a response from them

These shoes scream quality as you would expect. Great, original look. Almost like Adidas Superstar/Stan Smith but with a chunkier sole? Feel much more sturdy and look much better. Really comfortable but the fit is large. I'm usually size 9-9.5, ordered a 9 and they're roomy length wise. Overall really pleased.
