I planned to buy some WotLK Gold, so I searched for it on SSEGold. It was quick and easy to find the product. Then I surprisingly found the price was 5$ cheaper than other sites! Well, at that moment I decided to buy my WotLK Gold there, then I contacted customer service, and they gave me a discount code "niki1", and I saved another 9$! Soon I received the WotLK gold in minutes! Really good experience!
Used to be alright in the past, but it's truly a disaster nowadays. Never received the gold I paid for and they are unwilling to refund. They changed the delivery status to error without explanation or willingness to do so. They basically direct you to your bank even though a payment method was used that needs them to refund on their end, which to them is "undebatable" apparently. Communication is abysmal cause they aren't honest and just stop replying or close the chat on you. Absurd service. I would take all the 5 star ratings post 2020 with a huge grain of salt. You can get gold way cheaper on other sites that literally deliver it within 45 minutes face to face unlike SSE that doesn't deliver at all and already had a tendency to just email it even if you choose a different delivery method. I ordered here out of habit which was a huge mistake. So beware.
Good service since way back when I bought from them in 2014 when they used to do events on gil purchases up until now.
They had better prices back then which drew me to buy more consecutively, as for the moment the prices are bloated as much as probably the other websites there are out there now being finally back from my ffxiv break due to issues. So im really only buying once every so often.
Pros: -good delivery time atleast in my 3 years of experience

I would say from the early days I would rate a 5 star but at the moment probably a 3.5, theres nothing defining it different from other sites prices but you will end up atleast with gil within the time frame of 30min (on most my deliveries) it makes me stand on the side of the fence when recommending the site only cause of the prices alone, if it changes though id say a 4.5.

First time buyer and was very skeptical of the whole process. I purchased 200k gold which the payment was withdrawn immediately but I did have to wait a little over 24 hours for delivery but it was delivered as promised. Any time I talked to the support they just told me 8 to 12 hours with no other answers but were very polite and professional. I would recommend this service if you dont mind the waiting.
Great, easy, prompt delivery! 8+ hours after I responded to an email asking if I'd received product, I started getting multiple text msgs from them requesting me to write reviews and take a screenshot of them and text them to him. Very weird. When I didn't respond, the next morning the texts continued. If not for feeling like I was being harassed, I would use them again but don't wasn't to feel like I'm being stalked each time. It is up to the customer if they choose to write a review ask them and then if they do, great. If not, that's their choice. Hounding someone with text msgs instead of email is creepy. Other than that-very quick delivery and I would've used them again...
