Overall good. Live close to NPD, but their prices are on the high side. Even with shipping, still a good deal. Quick delivery, quality part.

Box arrived within reasonable amount of time. I haven't opened box yet due to knee surgery. Assuming all parts are inside I'm completely satisfied with the purchase.

Good experience, I would definitely order from SS396.com again.The part arrived on time. I did have to cut the dash panel as it lacks the lip on the front for the dash bezel on my 69 Nova but that was expected for a "multi" vehicle/year model dash panel.

They sent the part out quickly and it arrive with no issues. Their shipping was reasonable due to the size of the item. I would recommend them

Got part of my order then was told the other part was going to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Now I find out it had the wrong zip code and it's now taking a ride around the country maybe some day it will get here. The 7th will be a month since I made my order.

I did not receive the ground up catalog for 68-72 nova. Really wanted to see what else yall offered in the magazine but still havent receive it yet.

I only received the foam for one seat so far. Still waiting on rest of the order

Only problem I still cannot install dash as the trim strip retainers are on back order with no eta.

I would 100% order more parts from SS 396! Service and knowledge played a big part as it's important to get the correct parts

The product was great. Little confusion on my part thinking I was ordering a set but very pleased with the single when I got it.

I enjoy browsing the Ground Up SS396 site. The parts always seem to be in stock and arrive in a very timely manner, usually within 4-5 days. I have been very pleased with my overall shopping experience with SS396. More orders are forth coming.

I ordered package shelf fir 1966 chevelle. Did not come even close to fitting. I can't return it because I covered it to match the new interior. O could check fit because the car is at at different location. I wa assuming SS396 would not make a mistake like that on some so simple.so now wth shipping and cost to replace fabric and travel time I'm out for over 100 bucks on $12 dollar item. Not happy with them.

They did not have the correct harness they gave me an hour I'm number to ship it back I paid for shipping to get it then they wanted me to pay shipping back which cost more than the harness itself I asked for a return label they said no you paid to send it back to us we just had a meeting with the car club we will not do business with this company they are not reasonable their mistake why are we paying

Ordered item # DPC858 pump to carb fuel line for new style Holley carb with 3/8 inlets and 8 5/8 spread between inlets as advertised on page 117 of there latest catalog. They sent item # FPC69ZZ which is for 5/16 lines with a 9 3/8 spread. When I called about the mix up I was told I received what was ordered. I was given a RMA number to return at my expense. Just another example of companies selling parts they know nothing about.

I was initially frustrated with my experience because my order wasn't shipping, so I called customer service and asked about my order status and was then informed that my order couldn't be shipped until I verified my information, address, etc. Doesn't make much sense to me that I was not informed of the situation before I even called. I feel as though I should've been contacted by email or phone in regards to the situation. However, when I called the lady I spoke to was very helpful and got the situation figured out for me.

Easy to find what I needed and to order. If you need customer service though, good luck.

When I opened package the carbon fiber had a crack down the middle of it. Want to return for new one. Waiting on response from one of their team to confirm.

So far so good. Just starting to replace parts. The parts that I received look good.

Orddoir panels for my 81 camaro they showed up damaged sent pictures in within an hour of receiving package. I was told to send more the next day and did still no response called again said they needed more pictures that were not on the list and sent them. Called them again today was told that they are waiting to hear from ups before they can send replacement or refund now it's going to be another week or two before I even find out if I get a refund if ups doesn't dispute it what a joke
