Fake fur advertisement is false they are not real fur do not give these ppl your money. Also you can smell the strong odour if rubber as it's so cheap.

I ordered 2 pair of slides from this site; shipping took over 6wks and the slides look nothing like the pictures. I reached out to them but no response and I posted a comment on their IG account so they blocked me. Stay away from them.

I made a purchase in June and still didn't receive an item (now October). I have emailed & DM'd numerous times! I only got one response acknowledging that they made a mistake with the shipment but have heard nothing else since, nor have I received the item yet. This is very crappy customer service, I would NEVER order from them again.

Bought some clothes from them and they only shipped me half the order. DM them on Insta asking when to expect the rest of my order, the person running their insta account asked me for pics in the lingerie I did receive in exchange for discounts on my next purchase. Told them no, I just want the rest of my purchase. They kept offering other merchandise and discounts for pics of me in lingerie and I kept telling them I just want what I paid for. Told them to stop asking for pictures and they told me I shouldn't have pics of myself on Insta looking sexy if I didn't want them asking me to wear their lingerie, and continued to harass me. How is this a company.

I placed an order on June 22nd, and I have yet for it to even ship. I have contacted customer service numerous times with the generic, "we're sorry for the delay" and then they don't help look into what's going on with my order. Will never buy from here again... what a joke.

I made a purchase in July and still haven't received a missing item from my order. It took over a month to receive my order and when I finally received it, an item was missing from the order. I have emailed the company several times! I only received one response from the company apologizing for the mistake and was told they would send the item out as soon as possible. It is now October and I still have not received the item nor has the company responded to anymore emails or refunded my money for the missing item. I will NEVER order from them again.
