I ordered a recording device to help me remember events from the day, as I suffer from memory loss and upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find one of the packages had been already opened. Called CS, multiple times, but no one ever answered, I would leave messages, but no one ever called me back. This is the first time I buy with them and my first impression is not a good one and I will probably not shop here again. Unless, they make the effort to fix the issue.

I received excellent and fast technical help with a USB recorder that had been damaged by user. Your technician helped us to restore the device to full use.
I still have a problem with the 1080P mini clock hidden camera. It worked for perhaps a couple of weeks and then stopped recording. The clock works but it won't record video. I'm not sure what to do next. This was my original support request: "I recently purchased a 1080P HD Motion Activated Mini Clock Hidden Camera with Night Vision. The device worked as it should for two weeks or so. Now it will not record. I have reset everything to the point of turning the internal switch off, removing the SD card and removing the clock battery/reprogramming the clock from step 1. It will still not record. When I plug in the ac supply the blue light comes on and the remote has no effect. I can't start a recording at this point and I can't turn the device on or off with the remote. I notice the blue light comes on as soon as the remote is plugged into the device. I have checked for recorded files on the sd card and none are there, but there are new random folders (empty) on the card. Again, the device worked and recorded normally for about two weeks. I checked the battery in the remote and it is good. Please advise what I should do next. Thank you." I think my last response in the technical dialog sent around the end of July explained that I was using a PC and the memory card was purchased from you at same time as the device. Card was a 32GB San Disk Ultra. I just need to know if there is anything else I can do or check on the device before giving up. Thanks.
User guide was written by someone with a poor grasp of English. The product is exactly what I needed and expected. A re-write of the user guide wood definitely be a value added plus.

Answer: Seems to be a scam to get rid of useless stuff. My camera never worked
