Wish I had read recent reviews before ordering- looks like my experience is far from unique. Seems like a previously good company that has tanked. This particular site seems to have unusually high ratings for this company whereas other review sites are MUCH less favorable - search around before making a purchase
Was initially drawn in by the prices - which seemed competitive.
TIMELINE:
06/19/2020 My order of 3x valves shipped the same day it was ordered and arrived 4 days later (06/23/2020). Strong start.
Cost: $53.49 + 16.07 S/H + 4.95 tax = $74.51
But that's the end of anything positive.
The valves arrived in a bubble mailer bag with minimal packing - clearly had been banged around and together. They also omitted 2 handles for the valves (everywhere else they are sold with knob included). *Looks like this same lack of care has happened to others per Yelp reviews.
06/23/2020 Emailed customer service re missing control knobs
6/26/2020 Emailed customer service again re missing control knobs (2nd attempt).
06/29/2020 Emailed customer service again re missing control knobs (3rd attempt).
06/30/2020 Called customer service. They had received emails. Intentionally only send one control knob when multiple valves of same type are ordered. But they will send the 2 additional knobs out. (These were never received).
Eventually gave up on the knobs and took the valves up to our cabin to install.
Found that they leaked/did not fully shutoff. Unclear as to cause, but were not functioning reliably despite having bought heavy duty valves. Suspect that they were damaged in shipping from lack of packing/care.
08/03/2020 Email customer service re defective valves requesting refund
08/06/2020 Call customer service re return of defective valves. They had received email. They will issue an RMA via email and we should send back. Claim we are JUST within their 60 day return window- what a joke.
08/10/2020 Tracking shows they received the return.
08/12/2020 Email to customer service requesting status of the refund. (no reply).
08/13/2020 Called customer service. Unaware it has arrived. Person responsible for price matching/exchange policies is out of the office for the week so that isn't an option.
08/14/2020 *Refund is credited back to the credit card but no notice of this nor explanation of amount.
08/26/2020 Email customer service regarding status. They reply same day that the refund was issued 08/14 and a non-itemized invoice showing a $46.74 credit with no explanation.
I'm assuming they charged us a 20% "restocking fee" on the defective items.
BOTTOM LINE:
Huge waste of time and energy dealing with this company and TERRIBLE customer service. They seem to actively ignore communications that they don't want to deal with and cut any corner they can.
If you are considering buying from them for some marginal price savings, it will not be worth it.
Don't shop there.

Pardon the rantI placed an order within their stated order deadline to have the order shipped that same day (tuesday). No shipping confirmation by the next day (Weds), so I called and was told they were missing a part of my order. They offered either to cancel the order or to ship it that. I need the order, so I said "ship it immediately and please give me a credit toward my next order for the trouble." I'll get a call back from a supervisor, they told me. No call back, not that day or the next.
Thursday comes along, and still no shipping confirmation. So I call again. I'm told that it'll ship today, they promise (2 days late), and was told that they gave me a "free" upgrade from ground to 2nd day--she told me an error on their website caused them to erroneously display free 2nd day shipping as an option on my order. And that no supervisor was available to discuss my disappointment, and that I'd get a call back just as soon as he was off the phone with another customer. Several hours later, still no call, so I login to check shipping status, and it shows that the package is due NEXT Wednesday (a full 6 days from now, and 8 days after i placed my order for same-day shipment at second day speed).
I need this order -now- and am really disappointed in their customer service. Their own policies state they'll call me if anything is out of stock, but I neither received a call, nor have any satisfactory solution to this problem. And I got disconnected as I called for the third time! Finally, even though I was waiting for a call from the supervisor, I tried chatting with the customer service folks. And I got connected to the very supervisor who was supposedly in a meeting, who was apparently able to chat with me, but not to call me back about this order that's important to me. And so he, the "customer service manager," offered on Thursday to either have the order returned to them for a refund, or to give me a $25 credit for my trouble. Both of these solutions are unacceptable, as this should've shipped two days ago and been here today, not shipped today ground. Bottom line: the manager was unwilling to fix the shipment speed. This is a customer service nightmare, the kind of which is so easily resolvable (fix the shipment speed and offer a credit as a bonus)!
I continue to try and reach out for resolution, going as high up as trying to ask for the owner of the company. I've been unable to get through to him, and instead was greeted by another customer service rep who (unprompted this time, as I just asked for the owner) offered to try and upgrade the package, contrary to what her own boss told me himself. Turns out "Fedex won't ship this express due to the size/weight of the box" (35#--amazon seems to ship this sort of weight/size remarkably often). So I'm back to waiting for the order the long way, and for a call back from the owner for a conversation.
