Horrible company and customer service. I've tried placing an order twice and every time they automatically cancel my order and ban my account, it makes no sense. They keep telling me to check my information but EVERYTHING is correct from the name to the billing phone number, it's spelled exactly how it is with my bank and still they will not fix this issue, it's an absolute disappointment, I've taken my business elsewhere. This has also happened to several of my friends who tried to purchase autographed jerseys. Save yourself time and the hassle and go elsewhere that's not a fanatics.com/sportsmemorabilia/nbastore company.

I purchased the Mahogany MLB Jersey display case for a Red Sox Jersey I wore during a Red Sox Fantasy Camp I attended many years ago.

The display case was delivered as promised and the cardboard box it was delivered in was in rough condition but the display case was packed with extra bubble packing and survived the journey.

The reason why I gave it just 3 stars (average) is the door frame hinge screws were mounted crooked so the case door is not level when the door is closed.

I also don't believe the case frame is real wood-- it looks more like pressed wood. There is a little bit of white substance (maybe glue?) near one of the 45 degree frame joints that I can't seem to remove.

Also, the inner case frame body holding the jersey is made of plastic and is not rigid enough and will bend a little when the door is open even with 5 screws holding the case to the wall.

The case window is acrylic plastic (not real glass) and a couple of glazing points needed to be redone as they became loose which I assume was during transit.

Had placed an order on October 2017 that I never received but was billed for. I contacted customer service an in two different occasions was given the run around. Not until I had messaged them on facebook did I talked to a very professional and essential person in the company. Ingrid Pardon went above and beyond to make the situation right. I'm happy with the product and glad spoke to Ingrid to get it fix. If you ever have any issues with an order just tell them to connect you with her it will save you month of headaches. If it wasn't for her helping me out with the order I would have given the company a 1 star rating. Ingrid bumped it up to a 3, she deserves a raise.

The only reason why I didn't give this review a 1 star rating is because of Shelby in customer service and the reason why I didn't give this a 5 star rating was because of the issues I had with my order. I ordered a framed sports photo in April and a few weeks later was notified via email that it was shipped and delivered. I contacted Sports Memorabilia and Shelby got right on this. It was shipped to the wrong address. A new one was sent out a month later and I received the photo but it was without a frame. From beginning to end it took 2 months. Shelby continued to proactively follow-up with me to make sure everything was moving along and got resolved and also offered a reimbursement for the frame and an extra 10% for my trouble. I didn't have to constantly contact Sports Memorabilia with these issues. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had and because of this experience, I will shop here again. I understand mistakes happen and accept that but knowing that someone feels the sense of urgency and ownership to resolve the issue is key! Great job! Another satisfied customer.
