Although Sports Memorabilia had issues fulfilling my order which caused a long delay with these items being shipped, Lilly from customer service went above and beyond in making sure that this did not slip through the cracks. Had a bad experience with them. Order a helmet for christmas present end Nov and site said "in stock". Never arrived and they hardly respond to emails with no phone number. I ordered a different helmet and it came quickly but not the one my son wanted. They provided RA and label so I shipped it back. After MULTIPLE email exchanges I finally received the helmet ordered end Nov on Feb 10th. However, they apologized that the returned helmet was received but not processed. After a month of them holding both my funds and helmet, I insisted on a refund, after a week of no response I had to initiate a dispute with CC company, still outstanding. They blame christmas and superbowl orders for delays but this is not good customer support nor business practice!

I didn't make any purchases on this website, but it was high on the list on google (which you can totally pay for) as I was trying to put see how much my signed Allen jersey might be worth.
The prices looked... absolutely stupid high. Then I saw this card being offered for like $120. A 2021 panini Optic Josh Allen card PSA 9! So I looked at Ebay and found people had bought the same card for less then 5 bucks.
Absolutely rediculous. Personally, I just seeing that I would NEVER purchase anything from this site. I feel bad for all the unsuspecting people that were just trying to get their loved ones or friends a nice gift that got bamboozled.

I received my item and immediately followed the authentication instructions. My hologram came back invalid. I contacted Seller by phone and immediately responded to their email with pics as instructed. Radio silence since and no response to my issue. Authentication is critical with collectibles and trust is broken when in question.

I purchased the Mahogany MLB Jersey display case for a Red Sox Jersey I wore during a Red Sox Fantasy Camp I attended many years ago.
The display case was delivered as promised and the cardboard box it was delivered in was in rough condition but the display case was packed with extra bubble packing and survived the journey.
The reason why I gave it just 3 stars (average) is the door frame hinge screws were mounted crooked so the case door is not level when the door is closed.
I also don't believe the case frame is real wood-- it looks more like pressed wood. There is a little bit of white substance (maybe glue?) near one of the 45 degree frame joints that I can't seem to remove.
Also, the inner case frame body holding the jersey is made of plastic and is not rigid enough and will bend a little when the door is open even with 5 screws holding the case to the wall.
The case window is acrylic plastic (not real glass) and a couple of glazing points needed to be redone as they became loose which I assume was during transit.

I would give their website 7 out of 10 stars because they really need to improve it so you access information on the status of your order. I called in and the automated system told me my order was still processing so I talked to their agent Connie which I'm going to give her 10 stars. Connie was super helpful and a pleasure to talk too. Most customer service agents you talk to anywhere everybody knows they are oh hum but Connie made it a pleasure and so helpful. She told me my package was shipped and where it was it and emailed me the tracking number.
So sports memorabilia improve your website and recognize your great customer service agents. Connie will probably make me a repeat customer.

I find a good deal and a day later they claim it's "out of stock" and issue me a refund. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES. Very unreliable and the only reason they get two stars is because they actually refund me so they aren't a total scam.
Had placed an order on October 2017 that I never received but was billed for. I contacted customer service an in two different occasions was given the run around. Not until I had messaged them on facebook did I talked to a very professional and essential person in the company. Ingrid Pardon went above and beyond to make the situation right. I'm happy with the product and glad spoke to Ingrid to get it fix. If you ever have any issues with an order just tell them to connect you with her it will save you month of headaches. If it wasn't for her helping me out with the order I would have given the company a 1 star rating. Ingrid bumped it up to a 3, she deserves a raise.
My order was never delivered and Cristin in Support took care of obtaining a replacement for me. I really liked that she kept me informed each step of the way as to the status of the replacement. The warehouse messed up my order multiple times (missing holograms, missing auth cards, damaged items due to very poor packaging for shipping), however, Eukneique never gave up on me until the order was right. Never received the item and it was just sent to the town over from me with no specific address or instructions. Unsure how to recover the jersey or how to be reimbursed. Kind of disappointing if I lose money and receive no item out of this exchange.
Cristin was absolutely excellent and fixed my issue in no time. I had received a defective product and Cristin got a replacement sent out to me within the week!
