I placed an order from Canada and had a few questions with regards to the shipping and duties that would be applied to the shipment. I received all of the answers I had questions to right away from Shelby. There was an issue with the shipping and I contacted Shelby again and it turned out to be a FedEx internal issue. That said, Shelby tracked the shipment and kept an eye on it and updated me when the shipment issues were resolved. This is great customer service!

Taryn went extra miles to help... FedEx tried to deliver my package 3 times but I was not available... my package ended up in the FedEx hub... Taryn called the FedEx hub and worked with them to do another delivery... now I got my package and pretty happy with it.
