It's not usual to find the type of support I got from Cristin on an online retailer - one of the reasons I continue to buy in SportsMemorabilia year after year! (I so wish banks and airlines had this level of customer service!)

Just want to share my experience...
Taryn went extra miles to help... FedEx tried to deliver my package 3 times but I was not available... my package ended up in the FedEx hub... Taryn called the FedEx hub and worked with them to do another delivery... now I got my package and pretty happy with it.
