I'm stationed overseas, the mail issue can get a bit complicated and frustrating. However, after not receiving my package I contacted the company and Terrence was quick to respond and keep me updated about my package. Once receiving my order in the mail, the hologram serial number was not displaying on SM's site. I submitted my email request for help and within less than 24 hours, Cristin from the Customer Service department reached out to help with my issue. She was incredibly timely with her responses and work, even when I wasn't. Cristin went above and beyond to ensure my business with SM was great. Because of her help and how professional she was with it, I am already considering SM for more products moving forward.
