Order was not received. Cancelled after 7 days. No response in email. Website showed order is confirmed but after that no updates.

I ordered a racket from this site. My credit card had the charge pending, but thankfully it must have been flagged, as within a day the charge was no longer on the card. It stinks that I won't get the racket I ordered, but at least I didn't get charged. I'm not sure if it's still in business or not, but if it isn't, the website should be removed to avoid confusion.

I paid for aeroplane shuttles 2 weeks ago. I still don't know whether they will be shipping, They told me that they shipped using UPS. UPS say seller did not send the package. Very bad experience. No update so far…will not buy again

Thought order is being process, 3 days later, no update, then payment became expired. Not sure what it means, but no update to email whatsoever.

I contacted customer service and they did not attend to my issues
