Am very versatile, multitalented, outgoing, sometimes too friendly and that's bc I'm gnot judgemental, It's fine with me who ever people choose to be. I do have leadership abilities and great people skills. People constantly tell me how great my energy is and so I don't need much effort to engage with people from all walks of life. I'm eclectic to my own demographic of people due to my well roundedness. My ability to adjust and blend in is also a skill set while concisely standing out and having my own personal qualities. I feel this type of Company is looking to fill slots with a certain type of individual. You can't be yourself in these scouters eyes. You have to be what they prefer no matter what skills, capabilities or qualifications you possess. I didn't make the cut for these agents. If you're of certain ethnic background, you better fit in the particular bubble or you're gnot good for the image. I think in America things need to change and people need to be accepted and celebrated for who they are gnot what you want or prefer they be. It felt very biased almost overtly discriminating. Just the ENERGY overall and it was a web process so for me to pick up so heavily on this is very telling why when I encounter the places that host this game THERE IS ZERO diversity and if it is any it's very much catering to the tenor of this very persnickety vibe that clearly has unwelcomed unless stamp across it.
These tactics are used as deterralents. This is my experience and its taken me this long to write about it do as to be researched. I don't detour easily which is why I applied anyway. I gnew I'd be great st hosting these events I host events for a living and am damn good at it. This company has an image and is catering to those it rather provide the opportunity to. Very American way. We who are born here gnow the drill. Happy to have enough confidence in myself and my skills and even the more happy to recognize standards in these operations.
