I am very disappointed that the bottle print is light orange, very difficult to see, also I would like to know what the bottle size is before purchase size/ mL. Nowhere on the website is it posted. Hello, I just received my Spoiled Child E27 Collagen and J29 gummies, and I am really excited! The flavors of both products are really good, not too sweet and easily dilutable in water for the collagen. I hope to give a great update in about 30-45 days!
I wanted to try one product and somehow when I thought I was confirming, wound up with two add ons and subscription for two bottles rather than one.
I just placed my free trial order and the confirmation receipt was very garbled so it was hard to read. It looked like I was charged the full amount but finally pieced it together. I hope I read it correctly but if this communication is barely legible I may not continue purchasing here.
I thought the quiz was a very good thing because it allowed me to answer how my body is compared to so many out there. It then helped with coming up with the correct product for me. When I got the ad on Facebook, I was lead to believe I was trying out a product that cost 30$ on sale. When I was done with all the clicking you have to do just to get this product, I ended up with two bottles for some reason. And the bill is almost 100$! All the clicking you have people do to buy your products is very misleading. And somehow, my one bottle turned to two. I still have the option of returning the unsused product for a refund, which I have doubts will go smoothly if I chose to do so. Either way. Not very impressed at all so far.

This is the second time I've tried to order the same product. Unfortunately Spoiledchild is batting two for two, both times there has been an issue with delivery. How is this possible? Is this normal for their company? Does every one experience these issues? When I don't receive the products, I have to contact them and request they advise the status of my order, they tell me it couldn't be delivered or there was a problem with the delivery, and ask me if they would like them to send a replacement order or if I prefer a refund. Out of frustration I request a refund and have to contact them daily after the 10 days they claim my money will be returned to me. If I didn't pay attention to my accounts, I doubt I would ever receive my money back. It is very frustrating dealing with them and extremely disappointing as their Marketing is so good you want to try their products. I placed my order January 22, they offered a they offered a refund February 24 and it's March 7. I haven't received my refund. I received an email today with a snapshot $115 was deposited to my account, no name no proof of who this money was returned to which I didn't receive and I paid $33.49 and $164.88 for the products so why would they return $115? Anyway, I recommend you proceed with caution when you're ordering from these people.
