My husband and I decided to be Chuckie and Tiffany Valentine for Halloween. His overalls were really big they was a large/extra large, but we pinned it up and we made it work overall. Very good quality.
Just like another person said in their review, this company has owed us a refund for an entire month. They literally cancelled our order and then said they'd be refunding our credit card. Every time I contact them they say it can take up to 21 business days. It's now been over 21 business days and we just keep getting the runaround. As far as we are concerned this company has stolen money from us. Never order or purchase from them, they are quite literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I've been going to Spirit Halloween ever since 2012, the employees there are kind and helpful, the employee at my local Spirt Halloween helped me find one of of my costumes. The only thing that let me down in the last few years were the prices if the animactronics. For example, Shorty that was in 2021, was $230. Now Slim that is in 2023 is $400. Over all, I absolutely adore this halloween store

Over the past years of me and my dad going to spirit, I only remember us buying Rosemary zombie girl, dead humor, jumping spider, Shorty, wacky the cotton candy gun, tge popcorn gun, slim sidestepper, Shorty costume, shorty's club, the lunchbox
So every review is talking about how horrible their experience is with this store, but every year since I was born, I've come to Spirit and never been dissatisfied. I got a costume last week, it was great, got the Killer Klown Cotton Candy Gun, works perfectly, And I love coming back every once and a while to see what's new. My favourite store for Halloween stuff. I guess my location is just a really good one.
EDIT: So I think it's that the online stuff isn't the best. If you shop in-person, you know what you're getting. But I think if so many people are having trouble, they should improve their online quality.

Update: USPS ended up delivering package just in time. So it took much longer to get and I never did get anyone on phone. But I did get what I ordered and it was great quality. Ordered on 12 Oct and paid extra for expedited shipping. Got the tracking number that day. USPS only tracked it for one day then it went into black hole. Can't get a USPS human on the phone to find the order, and same for Spirit Halloween. Been on hold for 30 minutes. Sent them email and no response. Costume is needed for a wedding so I'm pretty anxious and upset. People in wedding who ordered from other vendors at same time already have their costumes.

To those complaining about being SO SHOCKED that rules and policies apply to them... Let me reiterate what is on your own damn receipt. You have almost 2 months to shop with full returns. So many Halloween parties close to Halloween so of course there is a return limit date. It doesnt take rocket science to figure out why. Shop earlier next time. It's not our faults as cashiers. We follow policies given. Even if you weren't being so rude to us that we dont want to help you in the first place, we cant anyways. Our computer system doesnt allow it. Even managers cant. You're throwing tantrums at the wrong people.
Customer service on line was great, my order got delivered to a convemience store near where the recepient lived. I never received a email it was there, the tracking did. This was in Toronto, the person got their gift. Tòo much in shipping costs to Canada.

Purchased a Adult Hooded Robe, and Fog Machine. Fog machine is insufferably loud, and fog output is dismal. Buyer beware I guess.
Hooded Robe only contained the hood. No Robe. I pulled from the back of the rack, but someone must have stolen it.
Reviews led me to believe CS would be useless, and getting in touch with an agent on the phone was difficult, and some emails went unanswered for a while, but in the end they sent me the product in full in less than a month. (I'm in Canada FWIW)
It did take a couple of months but guest services did give me a full refund for the damaged merchandise. It makes me so happy because we love shopping in the stores for holloween!

I ordered a cup that was not available at the store. It arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they asked for a picture of the damage. I sent it immediately and have not heard back from them. It has been 2 months. I will never order anything on-line from this outfit.
