I truly believe that those "good" reviews posted above are not from actual customers and you should NOT take the chance with these CRIMINALS! To start, the website is very misleading, I tried to convey the details on that to "Jason" who seems to be the only employee in the company, when I called in regards to the personalization that I paid for and did not get. Jason informed me that you had to order over 350 pieces to get personalization and he did not believe me when I told him that the website did not say that and even allowed me to put in what I wanted them to say. He kept telling me to place another order to show him that instead of looking into it on his end. I ordered 190 "PIECES" per the website. It allowed me to fill in what I wanted them to say and showed me a charge of like $80 for that personalization. I never got an order confirmation showing me the details of my order so when only 160 spinners came UNPERSONALIZED I called the company (which was incredibly difficult to find a number for) and asked about that and requested only the money back for the personalization that I paid for as well as the 30 missing spinners as he was not willing to ship us the 30 missing items. Well Jason was an incredible jerk! He refused to make good on the items or the refund because he said that he "WEIGHED" them and the total weight equaled what it should have weighed. I told him weight was obviously not an accurate way to fulfill an order of items sold by "PIECE" as we ordered the number of pieces we needed to hand out to everyone in our organization and did not receive enough to give one to each employee. He just kept lying and blaming us and DHL and anything else he could say to avoid taking accountability for this MOST AWFUL experience. He literally made us feel so "victimized". This was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. In addition, my phone has an app on it that shows you fraud and scammers and when I called the number from the review on SCAMADVISOR.COM my phone showed me that they are scammers.
