Have seen and reviewed many scooters! By far SpinLife has made a tedious chore for my safety become easy and yes exciting! I found myself excited because of the choices offered to me that enabled me to maintain my "Swag" while feeling safe on my purchase! Thanks SPINLIFE! The opportunity for paying later was so welcomed and appreciated!
We purchased the Viva Lift Radiance by Pride in 11/2022. The first chair arrived and after assembly, was a non-working chair. So, we had to wait another 10 days for another to be delivered. The box had EXTREME damage and pictures of the box were provided to Spin Life. We should have NEVER accepted the shipment, our bad! Fast forward, on 1/6/24, I emailed Spin Life for problems with chair. Yes, we purchased the 2 year Warranty. I sent them a video of how the chair was operating. They insisted they diagnosed the problem by video, and have ordered the part to repair. Today is 1/15/2024, still no part, and was told there was a manufacturer delay on this part. In the interim, the chair has developed a new issue. I am pleading for them to send a tech out to diagnose the issues with this chair! It is the only recliner in the house for my husband who suffers from chronic back problems, and also knee problems. He's had 3 back surgeries and we need this chair properly diagnosed and fixed ASAP! If you aren't going to fix it, replace or refund the $1623.88. This has been a nightmare of an experience since the first chair and it not working, to this, the second, arriving in a severely damaged/crushed box and now mechanical issues! Terrible experience with this company!

I had originally ordered a standing sling lift, I had requested additional information if this product would work for us, I was informed that it would, I then requested additional help in using the machine and was informed that it would be additional cost, I was not informed that there were additional slings available which caused us exceptional delays and frustration.

Beware of Drive scooters bought from Spinlife, first 6 months had new batteries, new charger, tech come to house and did not fix. They replaced the scooter. During cargo backup so did not arrive for 6 months which was fall. Used from March thru June. Does not work again. $400 new batteries, $300 new charger and nothing. Advised to call Tech Services. Could not or would not give advice as to other things to check. Service call is $250.00. Be sure to do due diligence before buying.
Tip for consumers:
after 2 weeks from posting Spinlife called me. Paid tech (local, not who answers phones) to come and actually find the problem. A short in wiring. Fixed and running great. Did not reimburse me for all the batteries & chargers I bought as Spinlife was telling me they were the problem.

Our service team will do basic troubleshooting and if this does not resolve the issue then sending a service technician to trouble shoot and repair would be needed. The complimentary service call that SpinLife provided to you showed that there was a short in the charging cable which was repaired and was reported by the service technician that your charging issue has been corrected. Even though there prices are great compared to other location companies, their company service sucks. The white glove service is not worth the money you pay for. I ordered a lift chair for my mom in the nursing home. The chair was within 10 miles of her location, once it was delivered to the white glove company. It took the White Glove service an additional 2 to 3 weeks before they ever delivered the chair to her. Now the chair is less than 6 months old. It is stuck in an upright position. I called to make a service call on it. I was told I would hear something within 24 to 48 hours. I am 1 1/2 weeks later and still havent heard from them. Nothing has been scheduled. So now my mother is stuck either staying in her bed, or in a wheel chair 24 x 7.
Frustrated because Spinlife sent the wrong tire size for a wheelchair when they had the correct model number. I took the tires for installation, which took some time to arrange, to be told that the tires were incorrect. However, I had them 2 days longer than the 30 day return time and Spinlife would not take them back. I also had bought 2 tubes, but neither lasted more than a few days because of a defect causing both to explode at about the same spot. Spinlife did not respond to this either. $50 wasted.
Mobility scooters, lift chairs, wheelchair ramps, electric wheelchairs. SpinLife sells more wheelchairs than any other internet dealer in the US. Pride, Invacare, Quickie, Harmar brands.
