We ordered a gaming mouse. Didn't receive it for two weeks. Wrote to customer service because they don't have a phone number! They told me it would take 3-6 weeks. We've waited seven weeks. No mouse. Now they tell me they don't have my order when I provided proof of purchase via email after their first response. They have asked me for name, address and email address used for purchase on this most recent email - it was included in EVERY EMAIL response I sent. My 11 year old son is devastated. They clearly don't give two cents of care (I'd really like to say something stronger) about their customers.
