I started this service at the beginning of August my phone hasn't worked since then their chips is not compatible to any other phones Spectrum mobile doesn't even work phone calls dropped can't get internet service outside of your home people can't hear you when you're talking or you can't hear them buyers beware don't get Spectrum mobile don't buy their phones don't get their service because it don't work

My family has been a customer of this company / time warner, etc, for over 20 years. During this time their deals are generally much worse than other competitors. Twice their phone agent's literally lied about the service we were to be getting when signing us up for new packages and deals. They do not pro-rate your bill like xfinity does, so when trying to save money by downgrading, they will immediately downgrade your service but still charge you a high rate. Avoid this place if you can.

Spectrum has been there every time. Just today I was experiencing a problem with the Router and through chat customer service they sent someone named Neil who was friendly, courteous and showed concerned. He did everything in his power to make sure that everything was in working order. Thanks Neil and Thank you Spectrum.

I was having some services,and I have very limited time that I can sit on the phone and work things out,but I was really impressed with customer service rep Denver! Ran all the tests and determined needed upgraded equipment and has it on the way by tomorrow! She was very sweet and helpful! All csr could take a lesson from Denver!

I love my Spectrum service. Internet Ultra (400mbps) is superfast and handles all my house wifi needs. TV is great and mobile cell is the best deal. I switched our 5 phones, Apple watches and iPads to my account and couldn't be happier! Saved a ton over t-mobile who sucked. They even gave me an iPhone 13 for free!

About 10 days ago I came back from running errands. I had a knock at my door; it was 2 sales representatives wanted me to switch my phone, internet, and cable service to Spectrum. I told them I was not interested.
They offered me a ridiculously low price to switch service. In addition to 90 days free. I gave them my info and told them I would think about it.
On Monday May 18th I had 2 boxes show at my front door. I immediately called customer service and told them that I was not a customer and I did not authorize a switch in service. After about wasting 30 minutes of my time they said they would pick the boxes up on Tuesday. In the conversation they wanted me to take the boxes back to the shipper. I told them it was not feasible and it is their problem to make all the arrangements.
On Tuesday night I called again and said the boxes were supposed to be picked up and they were still on my porch. She told me they would be picked up Wednesday, May 27. I told her that will not work. I told her my trash goes out Tuesday and the boxes would be put in the trash if they were not off my porch till then. She could not do anything to change the pick up date but she would "flag" the request.
I called back at 9am on Wednesday and spoke to an incompetent man. I asked he was a contractor or an employee of Spectrum. He said he was an employee. I told him the story and he said the boxes would be picked up Wednesday the 27th, and I told him that would not work. If they are not off my porch by Monday they would be put in the trash! He said if they could not get them, I would be billed. I told him I never authorized this order. He said I should call UPS, and I told him that was not my responsibility: it is a Spectrum problem. To end the story, he, "through his supervisor" said it would be picked up 5/22.
I called corporate to complain about this incompetent fool. They lady on the other end said it would be picked up on Friday. Should I call Fan Duel, Draft Kings, or the AG's office? We shall see.

Gavin was amazing. He truly listened, he found workable solutions, he followed through right there in the store, he saved you a internet customer and picked up a new phone customer. I feel like I know what my bill will be on a consistent basis. Thank you Gavin.

I was with Spectrum for many years and their service was always RELIABLE but Expensive! Their customer service wasn't great either! If you called about your bill, it was take it or leave it! So, I left it and went to another carrier! Me, if you live in Lexington, KY, we now have excellent options! But, the provider I moved to while providing great pricing, the discount didn't last and Spectrum finally sent me a price with a two-year rate guarantee I could live with, so I'm back at Spectrum. Receiving great service as always and an Excellent Price of $39.99 for 500 Meg a month which includes all taxes and fees and it's locked in for 2 years! If they go up and won't budge, I will just go back to Metronet! Spectrum's customer service is friendlier now too, which matters to me! The only problem is you have to leave Spectrum to get the better deal. If they want to play games, than you can too! Leave and come back! Good Luck Folks!

Tip for consumers:
You have to leave Spectrum and come back to get this excellent deal but their service is reliable and you get free installation too!

This dude came to my house on a Sunday and extremely hot Sunday in Texas and stayed for 3 hours going up and down the pole trying to figure out what is wrong with my internet I had absolutely no water no Gatorade and this man is profusely sweating in my barely air conditioned double wide trailer. He was kind to answer all my questions. Extremely professional. If he was irritated I could not tell. Some people deserve a raise. Because their character and ethics are demonstrated on the job site by regular people. Who appreciate paying for good service and getting excellent return. I wish I could get this dude at every service call when I move and all the time I'm in for lotus Texas or wherever I move to companies should clone this dude.

I would like to give a shout out to the amazing customer service I received when I messaged them on FB. Jaleesa responded less than 30 mins, helped me with everything to get a tech over to my mom's house as her phone wasn't working. She lives in another state than me so explaining the situation to Jaleesa I was sure I was gonna get "you need to be on the account" but she helped me with everything. Shout out to Judd the tech that went to my mom's house within 3 hours. I thank you both so very much. Keep up the fantastic work!

I'm not sure why most of the reviews on here are negative. Coming from the east coast with Comcast internet and cable providers, Spectrum is a HUGE step up. Every rep I have spoken to has gone above and beyond in every way to make sure we have a smooth and easy set up at our new home. Not only that, but they're prompt and responsive. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Keep it up Spectrum!

On 9/12/20, my husband a nd I went to the spectrum store in spanish springs to purchase a new cell phone for myself and set up service thru spectrum Our contact was Session. We were greeted and this young man, was so helpful in helping me select the best phone for myself but getting everything arranged. Most of the time in the past, I went thru ATT for my husband and myself and left the store really lacking knowledge of what I had just done I left spectrum w a lot of knowledge and feeling like this guy cared about our service. I cant begin to tell you how impressed we both were We will prob get my husbands next phone thru spectrum and set up service Unfortunately he was impatient and set it up thru ATT So thank you for this amazing experience Pamela K Davis 775/*******

Ms; Julie Collins =located in Pennsylvania came to repair a Spectrum issue in our home in Vestak NY *******.
She was superb
Detected the problem
Corrected and repaired several issues
Spent sufficient time until the problem was over

My husband and I purchased two Iphone 13 cell phones yesterday 5/16/22 and had the best customer service experience ever! Her name is Royalty Knight@ your ******* Olive Blvd. Store in Creve Coeur, Mo. *******.

She is gold! This young woman needs to climb higher in your organization, for sure. Intelligent, great personality, very genuine person, and had answer for all our questions. It took longer than we expected, but Royalty made the whole experience worth every bit of our time.

I have been having trouble with my iternet service for the last 2-3 months. I've made call after call, somtimes being told that it was an "Area Problem," sometimes a Remote "Technical Support Fix' that didn't last but a few hours and the list goes on and on. It was not until last night, April 29th, around 7:00pm, a Technician named "Lenny" physically appeared at my home to rectify the problem. He was the NICEST, most KNOWLEDGEABLE person, in my opinion Spectrum has! If there are more like him, I congratulate you-If they aren't, you need to HIRE SOME! Thanks Again, Lenny!

2weeks ago I had the best service from Nick Shobe a sales specialist at spectrum mobile store on East Bay he went over and above his performance taking care of my husband and I. I recently had to put my cell phone to rest so I went to Spectrum in Onalaska Wi to get a new phone. I have had Spectrum cell service, cable & internet for a long time. Thomas at Spectrum was AWESOME. Sold me a new phone which I TOTALLY LOVE and was so nice to work with. Being in my mid 60's I don't get a lot of new tech but Thomas did all the work transferring everything over into my new phone & explained so much to me that I would have not known. I am so glad that I had this very smart young man to make this transition so easy. Believe me I could tell you horror stories of past cell phone exchanges. THANK YOU THOMAS

I went to the grafton street location in Worcester on 03/28 and there was a line and I was annoyed I had to wait, if I am being honest. But all that vanished when I was helped (I waited maybe 7 minutes!), when Latisha or Lakisha helped me. I apologize that I had forgotten her name. She was the sweetest, most helpful person I have come in contact with from Spectrum! She exchanged my equipment in about 5 minutes. In total, I was in and out under 20 min. She really was very helpful, cheerful and positive. I am so sorry that I have forgotten her name! I was on the brink of changing service providers and I decided to stick it out since she was EXCELLENT!

I put our triple play plan on vacation hold about one week into it's monthly cycle plan and planned on resuming service back from our winter vacation also about three weeks before the cycle ended. Our lease went from the 1st of month to end of second month with billing cycle ending on the 20th. Found out they don't prorate credit on either end. So I paid for full service the entire billing cycle when I left early and was charged again full service for the entire cycle when I returned. No credit either way. Going to cancel service and if I ever go back, it will be on the 1st of a month!
