Well put together website with great feature of uploading your photo and trying glasses on your own face. Prices brilliant compared to those i saw on the high street and the service was excellent.
I ordered a pair of specs and thought the service was fine. Specs arrived and were as ordered. Then the problems started. Because of the good service I ordered a second pair and guess what, they haven't arrived, won't answer their phone or any emails I have sent them. They seem to operate on the system to suck you in then spit you out. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I just wanted a cheap pair of reading glasses and found some here for £6.99. I received them three days later, vision's all fine, ok they're not exactly trendy but are great value for the money.

The website is very user friendly and easy to use. Don't be fooled. They will never answer your emails and you will have no idea of what's happening with your order. My original despatch date was the 07 September and on the 20th September my order is still listed as being processed even though my credit has been charged. I've sent them 5 emails/messages (they have an online contact form) and they have never replied to any of them.
