Ordered Computer tablet at specialtysoftware.co.uk. Nothing received. Called helpdesk. Product was in back order. 2 weeks later: no website anymore, no helpdesk anymore. Site was registered in the USA. Seems this person has more. co.uk business running here, mainly software and computer hardware. Read other reviews. Raised issue at FTC.gov, and now I hope I can get money back from bank. Do not order products at stores without proper UK location.!

Do not buy anything here, this website is a scam (fraud), no address, no info, dns registed in the usa, you will not get the goods, and of course, the money back. The website has been registered a few months ago. It seems that they change everything every few months.
Given the. co.uk website, the prices in UK pounds sterling, and the UK phone number, you would think that this is a UK company. This is clearly what they want you to believe, but in fact they are trading from the USA from behind a mail forwarding address.
The software that I received is the US edition. In my case it meant I could not register it here in the UK. (Incidentally, it says this very clearly on the outside of the box.) When I phoned them they apologised and promised to forward my complaint to the management. I got a reply fairly quickly - telling me that there was no problem and I could register it; I would just not be able to receive the product support. I then asked to return the software for a refund. Since then they have not replied to any of my emails and their telephone number has stopped working.
I am now left with a software package that I cannot use and I cannot get a refund.
One other tidbit of information. Specialty Software appear to be a sister company of Crazy Cameras. Look up the reviews for Crazy Cameras and you might see a pattern.
