“Unprofessional”

Don't go to work here period. Supervisors are complete idiots, get over yourself, it's just a title. Learn some leadership skills, people skills, and learn respect. They simply got thier title from working there for a long time. Rude with a grumpy face. Dont bother talking to any of them. Most stand around and just boss people around. The main supervisor, Patrick, is grumpy and rude, whether you know him or not. Mistakes are unexectable, whether you are new or not. Expect to get a $#*! face when he talks to you about the mistake. You feel like $#*! throughout the day because of his attitude. Bad vibes all around. Most unprofessional work place I've been to. They don't give new employees a equal chance, all are expected to be crappy people. They wonder why they can't keep employees, supervisors are rude and unprofessional. Don't bother sucking up to them. There is no growth along with the company even though you go over the production quota for the year. Talked to employee's who's been there for 2 years, got the worst raise per year I've seen. I don't know why the employees hold thier breath and hope for something, go find something else. The starting pay for what you do is already bad. The place is a joke. Better off working at retail or anyplace else really. Expect to see new employees every week. Gave them a week notice, supervisor tells me to just leave and don't waste his time. Your lost for a amazing worker. Most disappointing. I hope this company learns how to treat thier employees right. But maybe they enjoy having a hard time. I hope they don't treat thier customers like how they treat thier employees.
