Do not buy from this website they do not send the product that you order then they call you and try to give you an alternative than you're waiting three weeks for them to ship it and then they don't ship it and then you ask for a refund and they charge me 30% restocking charge

Do not buy from this website they do not send the product that you order then they call you and try to give you an alternative than you're waiting three weeks for them to ship it and then they don't ship it and then you ask for a refund and they charge me 30% restocking charge

Be careful with spasalon. Us they are Cheating and lier, I returned the item and they didn't refund money and they asked me send another the payment then they will refund but they don't, now I call Lisa and store manager but they never answered or call me back, please don't send any money if they ask. Lisa is really bad service

Don't be fooled by this company! They are scammers! We tried to purchase pedicure chairs. They ran 10% on my credit card and told me to write a check for the balance, then take a picture of the check and text it to them! This sounded sketchy, so I wrote and said to cancel the order. They told me they couldn't cancel without a 20% fee! I said they hadn't shipped anything and this isn't right and they need to cancel. So I stopped payment through the bank on the down payment. A week later, they ran the remainder of the money on my card! This is causing me a lot of problems because of having to cover payroll through this account. When I wrote again and said I already canceled, she said I can't cancel without completing a bunch of forms. Beware of them, they are nothing but scammers. I wish I'd read online reviews before placing an order with them!

People say honesty is the the best policy
But these guys are tricky and sneaky are their best talent. They try to get your card info and tell you that they won't charge it but you'll be surprised what they do and if you want to cancel it they will try to charge you cancellation fee. Beware of this company.

We have had a horrible time with this company. No delivery, lies on the telephone, and no refund. We paid 10% down with our business credit card and have filed a claim on that. The remainder, more than 2.4k we (STUPIDLY) transferred directly to their account from our account at the bank.
Our only recourse now is to file a claim with small claims court.
Has anyone had this type of experience? We are not familiar with how to go about this.
Does anyone know if this company actually exists in Lawrenceville GA?
I believe the entire thing is a scam from start to finish. The girl we dealt with has been "sick" and now is "in the hospital".
Any input or contact with a similar case is sought and appreciated.

I lot my money in this company. Order 04/2018, 06/2018 her name Lisa said my husband credit card doesn't work. I must to cancel order another place. And 07/2018 they withdraw money in my husband account. Call them they said fill form cancel, fill 4 time, they don't care. Call the bank, the bank said they said already sent the order. I must to pay to my husband account. Now 01/2019 call them the order still in spasalon.us they send email to me to sign the form to process this order- I hate this service there. Now I don't want to call them any more I agree to lost my momney, because I don't know what next any charges from this company.

Payment seemed sketchy and it was! Was going to place an order in Jan 2017 decided I didn't feel secure with payment options because of not excepting pay pal and charging a 3% fee to use a credit card so I decided to not continue with the order after they said my business and statement addresses had to match and couldn't complete order so I decided to cancel it and not continue processing the order. And still 3 month later in April 2017 they are still sending invoices and charging small amounts to my credit card and saying it is a cancellation fee on a order that was never suppose to be placed to start with! Take my word use another company! Save yourself the hassle!

Horrible experience trying to buy a pedicure chair from them! The other review I read about them holding your money hostage is 100% correct! Also they they told us they cant run our card for the full amount because we didnt change our address on the card to the shipping address(which we did and they even 3 way called our bank to verify) the weird thing is they ran our deposit of $230 with no problems what so ever. Wish we would have read the online reviews before starting the transactionwe would have avoided them! Definitely proceed with caution and know that they really are only interested in a getting a check from you. Also their customer service person Lisa is a very bad listener and does not follow through on things AT ALL!

All the negatives reviews in here are true, don't buy it from here. You will regret it. I fought with them for six months to get my money back. It's not worth it, wasting your time and energy

Totally Scam info! We placed order 2.5 months, and have NOT receiving our shipment until this review posted. One Start is definitely higher than what I want to rate this company and their customer services!

We placed order before the Summer on late May 2019, they took a whole month to clear the money we had paid, fine.
After they have placed order with their manufacture in Canada, took 6+ weeks to 'Custome Made' this queen spa chair, which showing nice easy assemble parts needs more that 6+weeks to be make. Double of the time that showing on the website, which is totally a scam!
We have made more that 10 calls about our order, poor customer service. Not only they have no manner and no patient for your inquires, but also lying for your order status. We have told by the shipping and tracking dept, Rep Nika and other Vie-American representatives, provided two different shipping dates and two different packing dates, each about 5-7 days in four calls. They lie to extent the actual shipping and packing dates for you, be aware! And just 5 minute ago we have finally contacted the private shipping company that the manufacture used and who said they have just picked up our chairs with 100% sure, and they usually will only go pick up shipment when manufacture schedule with them.

Conclusion, Spasalonus is only the middle party, which CANNOT GUARANTEE all shipment arrived in 3 weeks that they promised on their own website, and the reason for the delay is usually 'Your order is custom make pieces'. Customer is responsible for all delay cost!

I bought a lot of things here from last year... some products either they didnt have or delayed... so I call to canceled... the money they said they will refund but until now... still don't see it... when I called either no one pick it up or refused to answer my questions... I guarantee... this company will be close soon. Will see how long they will be survive... good luck too them... I would give them O star if I could

We were dealing on pedicure chairs with this company, they made us setup a customer profile including business information and credit card information. As we were figuring out the order they went and processed the order without consent from us. Charged our credit card the full amount and then we were told we could cancel the order for a 20% fee. We are now out over $2000 because of this and would strongly suggest not working with this company. Trying to resolve this issue i have gotten hung up on the phone numerous times, they do not reply to emails. Horrible company to deal with.

We ordered a chair months ago. They first said the payment had not been processed but it cleared our bank. They are now saying that the order is in processing and has been for months. They have taken our money and that is it. No matter who you contact the answer is still the same. We are contacting law enforcement because this should be illegal.

Do you buy from them. I made a purchase last month and they said that my card didn't work, so I contacted them. They hadn't shipped the order and charged me a 20% restocking fee, this was just unacceptable! I have been trying to get my full refund for weeks and they completely ignored my emails. Horrible, avoid them if you can!

This is the first time I was ordering the pedicure chair. I just ordered one. First, talked to the saler he said that will take 1 to 3 weeks since place order( middle of Feb) till I get order. After paying full payment till the day( 10days) i got an email said that my order was finished and packed. Just waiting for shipping out. After 4days I got that email. I still didn't get any information abt tracking number, I called and they said they will check for me. Then after 3days, I still didn't hear anything, I called again and they said my order is on back order. Wtf? What happened with the email that they said my order was good to ship out... then I contacted them, they said they were going to call me to tell me abt that. But I called them first?! Seriously? Then I told them I wanna talk to the manager but they didn't let me, instead of that they kept sending me the email my order will get to me the end of March. That means it takes 6weeks to get it to me. Even when I placed my order, I mentioned that I need it the latest is the first week of March since they have said it takes 1 to 3weeks. ( my nails studio is gonna open on March 12th) And I called them again to ask to talk to the manager for the refund. They gave me number. But I couldn't talk to manager bcuz voice mail. I left the message, now waiting for them to call back.

This company is a joke! They took my money 3 times before I got my chair, and had a hard time getting my money back. Now 5 months later, they are saying I didn't pay and they are taking me to court! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought furniture from spasalon.us. They took my money before we could receive our furniture. A week after our payment was processed, the sales rep told us they didn't have the pedicure chair style I wanted, it was no longer in stock. RED FLAG (it is considered false advertisment and is illegal to promote an item that you don't have).

The sales rep, Son, promised that we will not have to adjust our order again and our order will arrive the week of January 25,2016. On January 26,2016, he called to tell us that his manufacturer does not have the manicure tables we ordered, therefore we have to make another adjustmemt. None of the furniture choices they proposed complimented my salon theme. I did not want to continue business with them after this situation and decided to cancel my order due to their lack of customer service.
I called the manager, named "Chuck," to make a complaint and politely asked for a refund because they do not have the furniture that I ordered. He told me I will not receive a full refund, it is a company policy to hold 30% of the the total cost of my order when cancelled, which is $13,962.70. They have not been cooperative and have not made any refunds.
I asked them who is the company's CEO, they refused to tell me. I had to do further legal research on this company and found out that their Organizer/ owner is Chinh Vo. According to Gwinnett County in Georgia, this company does not have a business permit. BUYERS BEWARE! I've order 12 spa pedicures at roughly 20K paid in full same day since I needed replacement for my salon as soon as possible. Next day, Son at Spa salon US called saying the chairs are not in stock. Asked for a refund and has been 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have to take this matter to small claims court in order to get my money back. Please don't waste your money and time to this unethical company.

LONG STORY SHORT.

ORDERED 8 PEDICURE CHAIRS ON APRIL. WEB SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS. THEY CALLED ME TO COLLECT MONEY. THEY GOT ALL THE MONEY ABOUT $13K. THEY CALLED ME AGAIN, AND SAID CHAIRS WOULD TAKE 2 MONTHS TO MAKE. I REALLY LIKED THOSE CHAIRS SO I SAID I WOULD WAIT. AFTER 2 MONTHS, NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I CALLED THEM TO ASK. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. NOT HAPPY, BUT WAITED AGAIN. EVENTUALLY IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO GET THOSE CHAIRS. AND GUESS WHAT? THEY ARE NOT THE CHAIRS I ORDERED. TRIED TO CANCEL WHILE I WAS WAITING, BUT THEY WOULD CHARGE YOU 10% STUPID RESTOCKING FEE WHEN ALL THIS IS CAUSED BY THEIR STUPID COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM. REALLY. PLEASE DO NOT.

I was hired by someone with the company that used the name "Chuck" of course being Koreen its doubtful this was his real name. I work for Spa Salon US for over a week, doing something completely disconnected with what I was hired for. This man was rude, abrupt and gave no direction concerning the job in which I was never assigned to do, then on the day before payday I was told to do some legal work for a customer that refused to pay them due to a defective product. I informed him via email I was uncomfortable doing something that had nothing to do with my so called position.

Well, I never got paid and I continually sent him emails regarding my pay that was due to me from working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for five whole days. Needless to say he wouldn't respond to my phone call nor my emails.

In regards to their products they over bill and don't shipped the product bought by call in customer, this happen in more cases than not, and the reason I know this is by the nature of the calls I took for the 5 days employed. Again, I worn "Beware of this company".

I placed a order for parts, they refused to ship it to our clients location and I was told they will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. I work for a large company and the billing address is over a thousand miles away and they aren't setup to receive and ship orders. Since they refused to ship to the location I requested I simply asked to cancel the order, they threatened to charge me a 20% restocking fee I refused to agree to this and they charged my credit card the full amount of the order without providing any goods or services.

I ordered an electrical cord and was charged $26 shipping. When I received it, it wouldnt work. After multiple phone calls, emails, and texts I was charged a 30% restocking fee & the shipping was also deducted from my refund. It is this companys fault for sending me a plug that doesnt work, but I had to pay for it.

Horrible... I wouldn't deal with them again for anything! After placing my orders, and they processed the payment, they tell me (a week later) that my items are not available, but the ones that are cost more or cost more to ship. Then, when I get incorrect items, their solution is for me to order it again, pay for it and the shipping AGAIN and promise to refund my money AFTER they receive the incorrect item back... which I have to PAY to ship back to them!
In my opinion, this sounds like bait & switch, or just plain old fashioned fraud!
