We have a small farm with 10 pigs, 2 horses, 6 cows and a dozen or so chickens. We have been using this product for 3 years now and it works great. I have less flys that find their way into the house. I don't have to worry about chemical with the animals and they are all much more comfortable. Overall we are very happy with this product.

We began using Fly Predators in 2006 when we lived in VT. We had 5-7 horses at any one time, with a total pasture area of about 10-acres. The results were great. Following their directions on how to order the proper quantity is key, and the manure management tips they provide also helps. Since moving here to CT about 10-years ago, the results have been even better. I definitely recommend over-ordering - meaning if you have 2 horses and 3-acres, order the amount listed for 3-4 horses and 5-acres - that kind of thing. Especially in the first few months of using the product. Apply the Fly Predators as directed, don't skimp, and stick with their program. You'll have great results. Our horses never have to wear "fly masks". Our neighbors are very close (their deck is only 100-feet from our barn) and they always comment on how they never have any flies. You'll still likely need to use a fly spray during the heart of fly season, but this product always performs. We've tried others a few times in the past, but Spalding Labs is BY FAR the best and best value for the money.

We've used Spalding fly predators for several years now as part of our fly management program. They have significantly added to fly reduction on my 37 acre 12 horse property especially when used with facility spraying and feed through supplements. Working with Spalding is easy and they can easily customize quantity and shipments to meet anyone's need.

This season will be the fifth year we will have used Fly Predators. Having horses that are comfortable is important to us and I can tell when we are due for another application when the tails start swishing again - the tails tell.
Ordering is easy with the subscription as I sign up and forget about tracking orders. Spalding adjusts for season, temp and geographical location automatically.
Each year we use the predators we get better results. Given the cost of fly spray, let alone applying to horses sometimes twice or three times a day, the Fly Predators product actually does save us time and money.

I've been using fly predators for many years on my place. Usually have have a few head horses. Back in the day I was in the country but now have millions dollar plus houses next to me. If I ever have any complains I'll say, "I use fly predators".

Spalding's website, delivery and instructions are incredibly easy to navigate and use. Their product dramatically reduced the flies at my farm with horses, goats and chickens. I highly recommend Spalding and their simple summer subscription for fly control.

I have ordered fly predators from several companies over the years and Spalding is the absolute WORST company I have ordered from. Their first shipment was dead, no signs of life after two weeks, I called to let them know that, they said they'd send a comp shipment pronto, they never shipped it, they admitted it had not shipped when I called them the next month. That next month's shipment also never arrived. We had flies all over the place. I asked each call that someone in the company contact me within 24 hours to let me know they were shipping. They NEVER responded. I cancelled the whole year's subscription and am demanding a refund of the dead early shipments I already paid them. They don't care how they treat their customers and they show utmost disrespect to their customers by refusing to respond to a paying customer when the order failed over and over again.

I had a couple horses and milked 12 goats for a few years. The milk process drew a lot of flies in the barn. Those big fly strips are so gross. A friend recommended fly predators to me. What a game changer. I got on a schedule and had predators delivered from April thru October here in Michigan and my barn was almost fly free. Of course manure management is crucial too but those little predators are amazing.

No one gets more excited about spring, summer, and fall than horse people, and everyone dreads "fly season!" I no longer dread fly season thanks to Spalding Labs Fly Predators. I've been a customer since 2015 and cannot even imagine life around the barn and pastures without the fly predators.

I have three equines and prepare for fly season in four ways: #1 Order fly predators early. #2 manage my manure/compost pile. #3 spread the manure in the pastures regularly. #4 stock up on fly spray and fly ointment.

I live in Kentucky, which has hot and muggy weather for 6+ months of the year. Before using Fly Predators, I cleaned my barn twice a day and aired out and changed the bedding frequently, but I still had more flies than I felt I should with everything I was doing. I started using Fly Predators about 5 yrs ago and immediately saw a difference. I still do everything I mentioned above, and now the fly population is much, much lower. I first had them autoshipped every 4 weeks but for the past several years I have moved up to every 3 weeks because I started getting more flies than I wanted during that 4th week. While my barn is not "fly free," the Fly Predators are by far the best solution I have found. I also feel that the cost is reasonable, it's a very easy process to distribute the contents of each shipment, and I love the convenience of autoship. My shipments have always arrived on time. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants an easy, effective, chemical-free fly solution.

The fly population at my place is so much lower than that of friends' who do not have predators. Definitely worth the investment. I make sure one of my shipments goes along a shared property line with neighbors who are not livestock owners,. Good fences, good fly control, makes neighbors, right?

I've used fly predators on my small hobby farm since 2007. We've had an assortment of stock from chickens to hogs to horses and dairy goats. We've not only used fly predators but also practiced Spaulding fly mitigation recommendations in our management. They work. This product is well worth the expense.

Our foundation Appaloosas come from very hardy stock but the flies on our Southwestern Idaho ranch were driving them nuts. We practiced good manure-handling, hung fly-bait bags everywhere and sprayed our babies top to bottom. But it was getting unmanageable.

Thank goodness we found fly predators! What a savior. Cut our fly population significantly the rest of that first season we used them and we powered up for the next season early.

The results have been amazing. Our farrier was amazed the next summer as he was fly-free while trimming our small herd. Other ranches he worked were miserable with heavy flies.

Now fly predators might not get rid of every single fly - impossible on a horse ranch. But they have made it possible for our horses and humans to enjoy the summer rather than battling nasty fly infestations.

A year and a half ago our area was hit with Pidgeon fever. A highly contagious illness which requires very strict quarantine and lengthy health care. I decided to try "Fly Predators" as I did not want to go through this again and Flys are how this disease spreads. I was able to get most of y i my neighbors to also purchase "Fly Preditors. We were almost completely Fly free in our neighborhood. Even though Pidgeon fever continued to ravage the neighborhoods surrounding us none of our horses in our neighborhood contracted it again. I have been using fly predators for close to 20 years and I believe they've made a difference at my farm. The wad very flexible when I needed to upgrade or change my order. I like having fewer flys without premise sprays. Highly reccomend this product.

This will be our second year with Spaulding Fly Predators and last year was great. We use them along with a feed supplement. We have very few flies. And i like that Spaulding sends them when we need them.
