Wow, what an experience! Went in not knowing much about what to go with regarding installing a new stereo unit in my vehicle, and Adam Price was extremely informative and told me exactly what I needed! He set me up with everything, and explained how every component works. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.
I ordered an alpine double din head unit, amp, backup camera and under seat subwoofer. I installed it all and radio and carplay and usb all had horrible sound and skipped like a broke record. Tried calling and was told they no longer have technical support by phone so I emailed and never heard back. Called an alpine stereo distributor and he said the Alpine amp was junk and he's removed a few of them. I ended up removing the amp that attaches to the back of the radio and all was great. If you're going to sell products you should probably have customer support! Do not buy from this company!

I put in filters to include items that had certain features, and so I thought the items that pulled up would have been filtered to include all those features, so I ordered one of them. But then it turns out the item I purchased is actually missing some of the things I wanted, such as Bluetooth and iPhone playback. Otherwise, good prices and quick shipping. I'll order again if needed, but will have to pay closer attention since product filters don't work as well as I'd like..

Do not purchase anything from this company they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with! It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and finally told them just to cancel it was told on Friday it was cancelled and I would receive a refund and email so I went and purchased a different radio this weekend and this idiots instead decided to finally ship my order then going to tell me since they didn't cancel it they now have to wait for the package to return to them before I can receive a refund! Don't do it better off going anywhere else!
I'm writing this review in hopes it might help my situation. I set up a return for speakers ai bought and the return was accepted for a refund minus a restocking fee.
It has been months but I still have not received the refund. I have emailed support 3 times now but they just tell me that they have sent my request to the appropriate people/department and won't give me any more information. If I do not receive a refund I will not buy from them again. I don't like losing $145.
Bought a set of speakers. Tried to contact them as soon as I got them. One of them was no good. It was blown. Asked him to do a exchange. They declined and said they won't do anything. Will not do business with them again

I went with sonicelectronix.com because they reported a faster ship date than Amazon. Recieved it on time but was wrong product. Called them immediately and was told I have to wait a couple days to be approved for return. Then wait for them to recieve wrong product before they will send correct product. Will not be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered a 500 watt JL Audio mono block amp from Sonic. I hooked the amp up in my Tesla to a single 10" sub I had. The amp provided very little power to the sub. I contacted Sonic to return the amp, which was subsequently denied. I then asked for a simple exchange, denied again. Their hassle free warranty is ridiculous. As another noted below, go with Crutch Field if making an online purchase, you will be happy with not just the product but the service as well.
They dragged their feet for months while i paid. Then told me they couldn't do anything for me. No refund, no product replacement, nothing. Thanks for nothing.

Ive been wanting the VAD******* and i emailed sonic electronix to see if it was going on sale anytime soon and ADAM PRICE emailed me back and handled things for me. Very responsive and just an all around great gentleman. Helped me buy the amp i wanted for a discounted price. What an awesome deal. I ended up buying the amp today. Ive always received great products from them and i love their NVX line. Thank you soooo much ADAM for your help.

Ok starting out I ordered a 5 channel amp they said 2 day shipping I got it 4 days later when box arrived there was about 6 inches of space inside with minimal protection for amp, factory amp box showed banged around damage, I had best buy geek squad instal amp the 8 speaker wire hook ups was bent-loose anyway as soon as they turned it on it smoked out DEAD! I called as I wanted a refund they said no credit only because was hooked up! How in the Hell are you to know it's bad if you don't hook it up? Cost me over $11.00 to return to them over there junk WRONG on every level,,,so anyway I had them send a replacement AND same issue box beet up bad, no popcorn protection inside box this amp does work BUT it was not new very obvious signs it was not new after I originally paid for a new amp also took a couple weeks to recieve the replacement,, IM DONE, WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SONIC ELECTRONIX AGAIN!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Never received my speakers and the refused to work with fed ex to find them. I paid $2000 to get nothing and can't get a refund. Never shop with this company

Just ordered a new double din from Sonix and it came with a free backup cam. I needed help getting it added to my order. After a quick email with Joanna she gave me 4 different options of cameras. Super quick response time and in the evening was suprising. MY NEW STEREO IS ON IT'S WAY WITH A 170 DEGREE LIC PLATE,NIGHT VISION CAMERA. Can't wait to get it all hooked up!

I've bought from them in the past, and had zero issues. Quality has gone downhill, customer service does not exist, and you're better off going to their competitor. Don't bother with the return (the speakers were the wrong size). I'll just resale the garbage you sent. Stay away, go to Crutchfield.

Where do I start? My $2,000.00 order with sonic electronix has been nothing but a hassle. I purchased a Hertz HSP1 amp combo for a bike we had in our shop, 10 DAYS goes by and I still haven't received a tracking number for shipment, yet it says on their website that the part is "IN STOCK". The first time I called their customer support number, I spoke to a lady and was told that the part is not in stock in their warehouse and it has no ETA as to when it would be. Couple days go by, I call again. This time, I was told that the part was coming from the supplier and getting shipped to the warehouse and then getting shipped to me. Why wouldn't they just dropship it if that's the case? Couple more days go by, I called again to see the status on this amplifier, I really need to get this customers bike out of my shop! I was told that the amp was getting shipped directly to me now... why has this changed? I told the lady on the phone, "Great I'll look out for the tracking". Couple more days, no tracking number still, yet the amp still says "IN STOCK" on their website. What gives? I was told that someone from the warehouse would be in touch on where the amp was at and what was going on. I still have yet to receive a phone call, text, email or anything in regards to that matter. Now we're on day 10 of nothing since I placed the order. I received all of the other stuff, but I need this amp to get this bike out of the shop. I called on today to see the status, only to be told that the amp is now shipping from the supplier to the warehouse again? I asked "Florence" to escalate the situation and put me in touch with a supervisor, I was told at 10:40am that the supervisor was in a meeting and that she would run a message to him to let him know to call me back. 1 o clock comes around and I still haven't received anything. I called back in and spoke with Florence again, stating I hadn't received anything still and I want to talk to a manager, she stated he was still in a meeting and she could not transfer me to a voicemail or anything, only that she would put the message through to him. At this point, I'm beyond irritated, I just spent $1,500 on an amp and I have no Idea where it's at. 3 o clock rolls in and I call back again and get a guy named JP, I stated I was talking with Florence about the matter. He, within 4 minutes, was able to look at the shipping details and stated that my amp was at their warehouse and getting ready to ship out, 10 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT! Why couldn't I get this answer from anyone else?
This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had to deal with, I will NEVER choose to spend my money here again!

I ordered a receiver and install kit all "in stock." I will receive the receiver this weekend and the install kit at an undisclosed time in the next two to three weeks. They shipped half of the order before telling me the order would be split (I assume because they make you pay for return shipping and hope I will keep what they sent). It turns out "in stock" meant the install kit was instock at the factory warehouse and would ship out from there, not from the sonicelectronix.com warehouse. I should have just paid the extra few bucks for the reliability of crutchfield.
DO NOT buy this item from Sonic Electronix! I purchased this for my son as a gift for Christmas. The leads were not properly welded. We contacted Sonic Electronix on January 4,2021 & requested an RA "return authorization" which came back DENIED. I called them & they actually told me to contact the manufacturer, Steve Meade Designs. To date, I have been UNSUCCESSFUL in reaching anyone there either! With shipping & taxes, the bill came to $252.78

I had started a cart and didn't finish it. A sales rep named Adam reached out to me to see if there was anything he could do. Not only did he find me the stuff I needed he also got me a better price than I could have thought was possible. Will definitely be back for more soon.
Terrible. I'm not one to write bad reviews. 90% of what I write is positive. I'm making an exception here. They sent the wrong speakers, they sent the wrong wiring harness, they sent the wrong bracket. I'm OK with errors. I'll work with you to fix it and get what I need. These folks are rude, dismissive and once they have your $$$ they could care less about mitigating an issue.
I'll spare you the blow by blow, but they refused to accept the items back for a refund (go talk to E-bay. Not our problem) and pretty much hung up on me.
Buy your speakers somewhere else. Everyone has some issues with sending the wrong equipment. That's fixable. This company will not address a problem or even attempt to be polite about it. I'd give them a zero but it wasn't an option in this forum.
