The guys and gals at Solid Steel are the most efficient and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with when it comes to a new steel building project. They met a tight deadline and told me from the start they aim to come in on or under budget without costly change orders. That's exactly what they did. Thanks Mike I will definitely recommend to anyone needing a new steel building. Awesome experience!
We had a horrible experience as soon as the contract was signed / deposit made. Communication was subpar, deadlines were missed, delays occurred daily with no explanation. They missed their first deadline which dragged our project out significantly longer than originally stated. The installation crew they sent was an embarrassment. After they were gone, our crew had to go and tighten every single nut and bolt because the vast majority were hardly tightened whatsoever. We are now getting calls from their vendors asking for contact information as they have yet to be paid and cannot reach them. Horrible experience and wish we could start all over with a different company!
