Don't buy leads! SCAM, RUDE, TREATS YOU LIKE TRASH.
December 2, 2022

UPDATE 8/8/2023:

Continue with their platform until my contract expired and nothing changed. Same crappy leads. The "commitment" from the VP was, to me, just words. I emailed him a few times once new leads came in after our phone call and he never got back to me or even responded to my email DETAILING why these leads are bad which is what I put below for all to see.

INSULT TO INJURY - then I started to get phone calls from vendors like home inspectors and people to help fix up houses saying if some of the sold.com clients needed help getting the house ready that "THEY COULD HELP."

So, I asked how he got my number and he said sold.com gave it to him. He was buying the same leads and then also buying my, and other agents, information. So, thankfully I told him how bad it was and that now they have other vendors calling me. Oh, hell no. This is absolutely unacceptable. HARD PASS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

UPDATE 3/6/2023:

SOLD.COM VP reached out and was very disappointed with how I was treated and not to mention the lead quality. I will say it was a very good conversation and I do believe he has "made things right" by me. I am continuing to get leads from them but I am not paying for them and so they are giving me the paid version for free. I am a high converter but I am not seeing much of a difference in the lead quality of leads right now. But If I had to sign up again I would certainly ask, "how can I get out of the contract or refunded if the leads are not good." Sound like they are a newer company and working thru the growing pains of creating good leads.

I spent $3,000 in August with Sold.com. I was told I would get 15-20 ACTIVE leads and 15-20 PASSIVE leads. So far ZEROOOOOO active leads and a ton of passive leads WHO:

1) have no idea who sold.com is
2) not even homeowners
3) several just bought a home
4) had no idea how I got their number and hung up

Then I get THREE text messages over 4 months that, I guess we're the Active leads but they were "click to claim" when I was told I would get the clients info and one other agent. NOT CLICK TO CLAIM. This is a total scam.

This company is total BS! The last guy to call me basically said, "you just need to call them more" so aka I'm stupid and dumb.

I close 30-40 deals a year BECAUSE of my follow-up.

What a waste of time and energy!

Do not - and I mean DO NOT even partner with them for free. They are THAT BAD.
