I am a student of technology and wanted to have a survey about a subject, so I searched on internet and found this survey web application. To my surprise this survey had many powerful features and variety of question types.

I am curious about the results of the verbatim report as my study is mixed methodology, I haven; t got to using it yet, but if the rest of product is anything to go by it should simplify my task tremendously!

The customer service via email is surprisingly quick and effective at providing answers to questions. While it may not be personal `on the phone support I have been reassured by the speed of response, and actually prefer this as, being a mom of two, I am not always sat at my desk waiting for a phone call and I can deal with issues in my time.

SoGoSurvey is the best service of it's kind, in my opinion. They have a number of tools through their site that allow for a high degree of customization. Very happy with this aspect this company.

However, I am VERY unhappy over the fact that I have been receiving endless emails and phonecalls from this company on a daily basis. Following up is understandable, but give me a break. Let me explore the basic/free package for a couple of weeks at least before you start aggressively trying to upsell me.

A reputable program that, if I am to believe my professor, is widely-used and generally top of its class among survey platforms.
